I had Fox Plumbing come out to do some maintenance work on my tub as a drain cover/plug needed to be installed. Josh did a great job of explaining the options and resolving the situation. Appreciated the professional and friendly, prompt service and resolving the issue.

Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

David was very professional. Clearly communicated the work that needed to be done and the different options to address. He worked very efficiently and was very courteous. He cleaned up the area and the installation was perfect!

My exterior water line started leaking this morning at 8:30AM. It’s now 1:30PM and Dean already has the problem fixed!!! Dean was prompt, kind, clear about the issue and the repair method, and had the whole job done in 30 minutes. I was worried this issue was going to cost me a fortune on my water bill. In light of that, I’m happy to pay the cost to get it fixed quickly and professionally. Thank you guys!

Professionals, experienced. They do the job right. My sewer blockage cleared, they got on with the work and completed it in the time and cost quoted.

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

Of course my husband thinks his has Midas hands spending three days on my clogged kitchen sink which Kept backing up drained water. Finally, I had to yell at him to get a plumber. However, nobody was willing to come out on a Sunday morning except for Josh Veary from Puget Sound Plumbing.

Josh showed up at the exact time to promised on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew exactly what needed to be done and fixed my three day headache in just 30 mins. On top of that, he mentioned about $60 discount coupon on their website to save money.

Not only on time, but a little early :) fixed the problem in under an hour, professional and absolutely knew what he was doing. Prices were reasonable, service was exceptional.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

Only does drain cleaning, but doesn't install sewage ejector pumps. But Fritz answered immediately, gave lots of helpful pointers, and quoted drain cleaning at a price significantly less than large-company plumbers. I'll use him next time I need a blockage taken out!

I contacted at least 4 different people trying to get my garbage disposal and bathroom fan fixed. Everyone was booked out weeks or just didn't even respond. I found fixer and literally had someone arrive the next day. He was professional, super helpful, and went above and beyond in his service. Fixed everything quickly and explained what was done clearly. I can't recommend these folks highly enough!!

Putting in our new water line was not easy. Our sewer and our neighbor's sewer line were put in circa 1924, and they had sunk and risen over the years. Between data they got from the city, and scoping with a GPS linked sewer snake, Green Planet and their drilling partner did an amazing job avoiding the two sewer lines and a gas line to give us a new one inch water pipe that allows us to take a shower and not have the water die out if someone flushes a toilet or turns on the kitchen faucet. The materials they use are of the highest environment standard. Their high standards of preparation and execution are amazing. If you have an old house with a constricted water connection to replace, you can't go wrong with Tyler Brown and Green Planet Plumbing.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the service provided by this plumbing company. The plumbers were professional, knowledgeable, and completed the repairs to a high standard. I highly recommend their services.
