Best Drain Solution in Seattle WA

We recently found our home in a no heat situation, as our very old furnace stopped working. I called Fox and with in days we had a new Coleman furnace installed, up and running! It is much more quieter than our last and the best part is our entire home is heated once again! Fox's staff that I spoke to on the phone and those that came out were professorial, friendly and very helpful! Thanks Fox!!!

Our tech was professional, on time, prepared with masks and booties, and still beeped our number even when we failed to answer the phone. He solved and was finished with the issue within 10 minutes. Excellent work!

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

This company preys on the elderly. They wanted to charge my 87 year old mother an law $602.70 cents to replace a refrigerator shut off valve. It only took 10 minutes and a $12 dollar part. DONT USE THEM VERY DISHONEST

Highly recommend this local company. They do great work and never surprise you with a bigger bill. Helped me solve a crawlspace sewer pipe burst on a rainy cold day 3 days before Christmas. Also have helped me fix up a wonky water heater.

My shower had a clog. I was out of town. My wife called me and said she had caledl a plumber. Of course my initial thought was this plumber repiped my whole house and it was going to cost $50k. It turns out Ready Rooter unclogged the drain and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. She told me they were there shortly after she made the appointment and she didn't feel intimidated when they showed up. I will call them in the future and will recommend them to friends.

Horrible. Had a clog. Was told there was a visit fee of 70.00. Fine. Was told once driver was out they'd give an estimate. Fine. Reality was that there was a flat fee for snake of 350.00 and jet of 500!!! Seriously. Couldn't believe that. Rip off. Why didn't guy on phone tell me that??? I paid the visit fee and sent the worker away. 1 hour and 15 dollars in a couple supplies from hardware store later I had the clog cleared by myself. Oh yeah plus the 70 for NOTHING!! Rip off!

The folks at Sewer Friendly came to give a bid on resolving a recurring problem with roots clogging our sewer line. They were creative with the solution which saved us over $5k, and possibly more, by not having to dig under the sidewalk. Once selected, they completed the work on time and on budget. It's been at least 5 years since the work was completed and we haven't had any problems with the sewer line (knocking on wood).

They did an excellent job at a weekend for my sewer block water overflow problem. Though the condition was bad, they still did not give up and troubleshot the problem. After the job was done, they also provided several options for the next step restoration.

Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Prices are competitive.

What a great group of people. Too bad they do such good work. I would like to have them come over again because it was such a good experience, but once it's fixed, it just doesn't break again.

Had a tech come out to investigate a slow drain. Got drain snake stuck which made my system unusable and left. They gave me a hefty quote to further investigate with no guarantees. I was told that I was lucky to not get charged the cost of the snake line that they broke. I ended up calling Fox Plumbing and they were real solution providers and my problem was fixed in half the cost of the investigation quote. I would suggest others do the same.

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.
