We called you guys based on our neighbor's review and were fortunate to be introduced to Tony Hall. Let me tell you about Tony: Tony did a complete review of our needs and the furnace; he explained the current condition and explored/explained our options. We selected the service we wanted and needed. Tony made it happen.We were extremely pleased with Tony's approach and with the service Tony provided. He was courteous, informative and thorough.

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Update: The number the you just gave me won't connect to anyone except the answering service. Not to mention, the sales rep won't return my calls. How about if you just call me?

1. EXTREME rip-off. Worth 5000 - 7000 dollars according to Google, but I paid over 15k for about 20 man-hours of work. That's $750 per hour. Then I found out, my remodeling contractor would have done it for 6k total.
2. LATE. The won't be able to come patch the walls for another 3 weeks. When they do, they won't paint.
3. UNRESPONSIVE. Once they have your money, they don't return your calls. The silence is deafening.

Guys that came took pride in their work and great at what they did. Will use them again!

Tj was AMAZING! We have a handful of property in King County. Another Rooter company tried to rip me off at 3x the amount that Bob Oates charged me. Tj made me feel super comfortable by explaining the repair and ALL my options; not just the most expensive one. PLUS, Bob Oates didn't charge me to come out and give me an estimate like the other large sewer companies. Thank you Tj & Bob Oates!! Will call you first on our next repair!

We just had our house re-piped by Repipe Masters (replaced 60s-era galvanized steel with PEX). They also installed a new hot water heater and two new toilets we had purchased.

The crew that performed the work was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They discovered that additional work beyond the original scope was needed, and worked several additional hours to complete it (at a very reasonable cost).

The owner stopped by to check in on the project, and was clear with communication before and during the work. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house re-piped.

Can't say enough positive things about my experience. Simon made time to fit me in during his day to help with a water leak. Was able to assess the problem and had all the tools and part's immediately on hand. Saved as many plant's as he could and replaced all the dirt disturbed. Highly professional, punctual and reasonably priced! Would recommend this company to all my friends and family! Thank you!

Zoltan is a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. He’ll get the work done and is very accurate with his timing for jobs. I’ve hired him to replace a few water heaters and to repair a broken pipe in the past. You can count on him to get things done and he makes time for you.

I am very happy with this company and with Raman. He was the third quote I got after being swindled and smooth talked by two big-box drain companies with HUGE quotes. Raman said, Here's my quote, better than theirs, I'll have it done right away, done and done. SO efficient and capable and professional. I trust him and DrainPro's hundreds of great reviews. You don't get so many great reviews by not being great!

My go to for all of my plumbing needs. We've used them for a number of projects from whole house water filter, toilet setting and also the sewer main etc. where we've had root intrusion for the upstairs and downstairs lines.
