I already had a quote from another plumber for a leak fix which needed the Sewer ejection pump replaced. I was calling this place to get a 2nd quote but they wanted to send someone over and without coming in person would not offer a quote. Okay, that's not a problem only they wanted to charge $75 for the visit but I already knew the issue! I just needed to know how much they would charge for the fix. I told them this and the receptionist lady hung up on me. Very surprised by her lack of customer service.What's strange is that 2hrs later their plumber called me directly telling me they were coming when and I asked how much the fix would be for my issue he was able to give me a quote without any problems.

Gavin came to our house and expertly solved several issues for us. He was professional, capable and efficient. Also, he was so nice and explained everything fully to me as he worked. I learned a lot!

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

Found our heater leaking Tuesday morning and he was out Wed early afternoon. Home depot and 4 other plumbers all told me Sunday or after. So Evan did a full replacement in about 3.5 hours, everything was clean and neat and he even moved the spot slightly so that I could more easily access my main water shut off, he explained everything clearly and wore his mask as requested. He even spent a bit of time letting my 4yo talk at him which made the kid's day. Price was fair and im pleased with the quality. 10/10 would absolutely work with again.

As a landscape designer and project manager of 30 years, I have a select team of trades people that install my client’s landscapes. I rely on them to be professional, knowledgeable, reliable, tidy, resourceful, work well with other contractors and clients and be fairly priced. Prima Plumbing is my go to plumbing company. They have installed gas lines for BBQs and fire tables/pits on several of my projects. Jake and Wayne are efficient and a pleasure to work with, as in Greta, the owner and Alex, their in-house coordinator. Over the past many years, I have worked with several plumbing companies and having finally found Prima, I will work with them again and again. Highly recommended.

Tyler R was our technician. He called to let us know he was on his way. He introduced himself and explained what he was doing. Since we could not find the entrance to the sewer for a scope, he was able to give us an alternative solution. We had no idea what a sewer scope involved, but Tyler reviewed the process. He was patient and thoughtful. Very engaged and professional.We appreciate Tyler 110%!

My Eco experience was outstanding from start to finish. Scheduling was a breeze, and Christian arrived on time. He was extremely kind and thoughtful, listened attentively, and provided a straightforward proposal that was comprehensive and that contemplated both what I asked for and what was required by code.After agreeing on the scope of work, the Eco team got the additional parts they needed and got right down to business. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly (laid down tarps, cleaned up thoroughly), kept me informed with clear status updates throughout, and ensured I was happy with the results of each piece of work before moving on.Every member of the team (Christian called two additional people to help get the work done same-day, including Jake, who was phenomenal) was the consummate professional and did top-notch work.The next time I need electrical work done, I'm going with Eco. They're fantastic all around.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

This is the second time I have used this company I love the quick service. Erin was a true professional replaced my electrical panel in one day.

We had an issue with our heater and it broke and Beacon sent out Tony. He was extremely responsive highly professional and thorough. He walked me through the operation of the thermostat and we couldn't have worked with a better crew. Job number 220089
