Had to take Best to small claims court and owner lied to the judge

I recently had the Seattle Sewer Company repair a sewer line on my property and I am extremely happy with the job they did. The whole process was completely hassle-free and the team of technicians were very knowledgeable and professional. They were able to identify the issue quickly and got the job done efficiently and quickly.

The work was done well and very expensive. I questioned one charge on the bill after I saw what was described as Bonding over new regulator. This consists of two clamps attached above and below a pressure regulator. An approximately 24 piece of bare copper wire is attached to each clamp. It took about five minutes to install and could have been done by a fifth grader. For this, the charge was nearly $200 !! It makes me question the entire bill. I feel the bonding price for sure was exorbitant. I called Beacon to contest at least this part of the bill. The person I talked to was very rude in that he kept interrupting me as I was explaining why I called. I asked him if he would please stop talking and interrupting me. He would not. He then went down a path of you signed a contract, you say the charges, you agreed to proceed with the job, etc. I asked to speak to someone else and he told me that was not possible. He was it. Further he said I did not know how a plumbing business was run and that the prices were fair.I will say it again, the job was done well. The treatment from this person, Kason, was extremely disrespectful and it really angered me. This man needs a lot of training in customer service and really needs to improve his listening. skills.Even though the job was seemingly well done, due to my interaction with Kason, I would never call Beacon again for my plumbing needs. NEVER AGAIN.I would give zero stars for this part of my experience with Beacon, but reviewers have select a star in order to post the review.

I had an issue with a sump pump control board - several plumbers told me I needed an electrician. A few electricians told me I needed a plumber. I got ahold of Pioneer Plumbing and they were able to work around my schedule to have Kip come out and take a look. He quickly diagnosed the problem, walked me through everything he was looking at and found quick ways to solve the problem. Great toubleshooting! Communication was great - each person I spoke to was incredibly nice and super helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again (but here's hoping I won't need to).

They're the first and only company I called to have my pipes replaced. I had no idea how much it was going to cost, so when Doug (who was super nice, btw) came out and gave me a quote that was about half of what I had expected, AND typically gets it done in 3 hours not days I said lets do it. Took a little over a month to have the actual work done - by another plumbing co, which was fine but a little unusual in my opinion lol. I guess I just assumed that I was dealing with a local company.

In any case, everyone from start to finish was very pleasant and professional. I've had no problems in the 6 months since the work was done. My only issue is the number of emails I've received since the work was done asking me to review them on yelp, google etc. I can understand a few times but weekly x 6 months is too much. Then again, I am here writing this, so....

Excellent service. Friendly, cheerful team took care of my problems in no time flat. Highly recommend (and will use again if I need to)

Truly enjoyed having these guys out here to take care of a water heater replacement. Wyatt and Zack made an awesome team and did the job fast and did it right.

Full transparency, there was an issue with the tank itself (faulty tank) and they immediately came back out to swap parts where needed. All together these guys were amazing!

Too expensive. Did not choose them.

Simon arrived on time and persisted until he sourced my leak. This was determined to be in a very difficult position and deep in the ground. He not only helped source a repair team, but involved the local Enumclaw Water Utility team. The repair was completed exactly where Simon said the leak existed.

Zoltan, is really good.

He replaced out kitchen faucet and 2 water valves under the sink. He was about 1/2 the price of the other quotes. And he has a very high attention to detail, does things right. We're super happy with what he's done.

I don't need a plumber very often but he's now definitely the 1st person I'll call.

Service Tech Michael was on time, knowledgeable, fixed our issue quickly, and indulged me patiently by answering all of my 101 questions.

He was supposed to come out on 10/2. I told him I wouldn’t be home but the system is outside. He never billed me, never sent a report. I received a late notice from the utility company today. This happened last year too, I had to email and call him to submit the report. Not sure why I gave him a second chance this year.

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

I had given up hope that my water tank would survive much longer, but this neighborhood plumber saved the day by installing a new one at a reasonable cost. I will continue to use him for all of my plumbing issues because of his excellent job!
