Had a wonderful experience working with Best Plumbing. I had a unit in a Belltown condo that quickly needed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher before a tenant moved in. They helped me quickly pick out the pieces I needed and the plumber who installed it was a pro. Sometimes working in high-rise apartment buildings can lead to challenges but he knew exactly how to handle. Highly recommended!

One of their drivers was too big to get out of his truck at home depot and slammed his door into my work van. I wasn't close at all. C'mon man!

Best company ever to work for and company wise ......

Plumbers installed a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They arrived early, worked swiftly and efficiently and when finished gave me suggestions about more durable products I could buy the next time. I was very grateful for all -- and then, I suddenly needed them again, asap, as I had raw sewage backing up in the toilet and bathtub of my downstairs bathroom. He came out immediately, diagnosed the situation and suggested a repair. He also offered to implement the repair a few days later at the beginning of the next week. His quote for the repair was beyond reasonable, very low. Proposal and they both said that it looked good and made sense and was a great price. Plus, I have collected many estimates for this job and diagnoses for this problem recently and proposal was in line with the view of other plumbers but he gave a more lucid explanation. Unfortunately I cannot report on the work he did because my upstairs neighbor called and threatened him, saying she would call the police if he went ahead with the job. She did not view it as an emergency and I did not want to endanger him in any way. He had already deposited a debris bin and cleared his schedule for the week to do my job, but he didn't charge me for his lost client time or retrieval of the bin. I hope to use him when I manage to get this job done as I have a retrieving the bin and his cancelled jobs on my behalf.

I called due to an expected leak under my kitchen sink. Calling was super fast and easy and Jesus and David were awesome! They were not only on time, but professional and QUICK! I can't recommend them enough. :) Really though...don't keep freakin', just call Beacon ;)

We worked with Will and we were more than impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Great guy. Did a fabulous job replacing and accessing our sewer
ejection pump. He knows his stuff and we will always request Will at pioneer plumbing next time we have a problem. Good job on hiring will, pioneer plumbing! Give the guy a raise. Thanks!

We hired RePipe Specialists to replace the galvanized water piping in our home. Their pricing was competitive and performed the piping replacement professionally and quickly. They showed up on time, communicated well through the work, and completed their work as promised.

Needed a sewer inspection as water was seeping into our neighbors yard. They arrived within a couple of hours, everyone one else I called was at least 4 days out, and the technician couldn’t have been a nicer guy.

Update, took several months to complete the job, then got yet another invoice for more than double what the original bid was. Then, less than a week after receiving the final invoice, $11,000, an EXTREMELY aggressive and rude collection agent started calling. We’ve never had a call from a collection agent. It’s very demeaning and stressful. Total scammers and robbers. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.
I’m leaving the one star for Karol who doesn’t work for the company anymore.

Bob Oates is my go to plumber. They are the most responsive contractor I’ve hired. They respond immediately and have always had dispatchers available within my time frame. I just had a leak fixed and hose bib installed by Konrad, who did a terrific job.

Repipe Masters were great. They showed up early with 5 workers, repiped my entire house, patched the dry wall, did additional work I requested that was not part of the agreement (replaced my shower fixture taht was not working) and cleaned up all in one day. They were pleasant, knew their craft and performed masterfully. I thought I was going to have no water for at least 2 days. But I was able to shower in the morning and then wash my dishes after dinner that same evening. I highly recommend them!

Where do I start...I hired Clear water to locate a small leak between the meter and my house. Simon came out and found the spot for me. I told him I was going to dig it up and attempt the repair myself..Simon told me that after I could see the pipe to call him and he would either bring the parts I needed or fix it himself.
The leak was under a 3 ft tall landscape hill...I called 811 and they located my power, right next to the water (of course) so no machines could be used to dig...6 hrs of digging and I found the pipe had been encased in a large tree root over the years...I called Simon...He came out the next day, a Sunday on labor day weekend! 4 hrs of cutting away the root and he got the pipe fixed.
Simon did not charge me anymore than the standard hourly rate...No massive holiday rates...No taking advantage...Simon fixed the pipe because he would not quit when it seemed pointless...He save me thousands in not having to install a new service...Hire Simon and Clear Water leak detection he works hard and is honest!

Zoltan did a fantastic job replacing the drain pipe in the crawl space at my house. He communicated well, bid honestly, showed up when promised and completed his work quickly and properly. Zoltan is a great knowledgeable choice as your plumber.

Great job by Raman done quickly and professionally. Nice, friendly attitude is a must for us and he certainly delivered on that! Would highly recommend.

Evan Conklin is a dirty weasel. Roughly two years ago we hired him to replace a 7 year old water heater in one of our rental properties. The water heater is located in the attic, a place we obviously don't see much of. Well recently when our tenants called and said they had no hot water we called Evan to take a look at things. He said the water heater was broken again and that we would need to replace it again. We couldn't believe it. Our gut told us to get a second opinion . We have now been told the water heater we currently have in the attic is from 2006. Evan Conklin charged us for a brand new heater that he never even installed. Be careful.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.
