Plumber Phil came out to evaluate my plumbing need. He gave me an estimate of time and cost. He even asked me if I had a coupon which I did but most people wouldn't have cared to ask. He got started and accidently spilled glue on my garage floor. He looked me in my eye and said he'd make sure to get that up off the floor. Let me tell you he worked hard to clean up the glue and I appreciated it. I also noticed that a wall got damaged and Phil had no issue with taking care of that as well. I'd have him come back in a heartbeat. Anyone that takes responsibility for their actions is someone I'd like to do business with.

EXCEPTIONAL & EXCELLENT: After having the usual bad experiences with other plumbing companies: didn’t perform the services just wanted to dig holes to charge more….way more; Bob Oates’ Micheal and Jeremy came to rescue. They are very thorough, articulated, determined, and skillful. I can’t thank them enough for “detailing” my 100-year old sewer line, especially it’s 94 degree today.

I had a 50 year old house with the original galvanized piping. Now I have a 50 year old house with new AquaPex piping and fittings. It is great to have increased water pressure, even flow and no foul taste to the water.
The job was smooth and painless from the time Doug showed up to provide an estimate to when Nick and his crew left the completed job site. Repipe Masters provided a complete installation that I was able to add the installation of a new hot water heater (provided by me) and still be under the competition's price.
The day of the installation, Nick and his crew showed up at 9:00 in the morning and were finished, completely packed up, and everything cleaned up by 12:15.. Couldn't have had a better experience. I recommend anyone considering repiping to Call Repipe Masters.

My wife and I had a sewer pipe broken in multiple places and a clogged vent stack. At first only the sewer pipe issue was clear, but once it was repaired the other issue presented itself. While other companies could not get us on their schedule for weeks or even provide us a rough cost estimate, Sewer Friendly was able to help us out immediately. Elliott in the office was very quick to respond to our questions and provide us with clear work statements and prices as the scope of the work changed. The two crews consisting of just Rick and also Joe, Cameron, and Devon were friendly, worked quickly and with good quality. It was clear they wanted to get our problem solved, and they took pride in their work. While we hope to not have to do more sewer work in the near future, Sewer Friendly will be the first company we call if we do.

We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! The Sump pump in my basement failed and I found Simple Plumber on Nextdoor. Joe (the owner) was great. Good price and great personality.
He does repairs and sewer clean out. I’m very happy and would highly recommend him. I live in West Seattle.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

I have worked with Prima on several occasions at (2) different homes (one in Seattle and one in Edmonds). All three plumbers that I have worked with have always completed the work on-time and for the amount quoted. Work completed for me:

*While in Seattle, my plumbing inspector would rarely even review the work that was permitted because he knew Prima and commented they always do first rate work.

I will only use Prima as my plumbing contractor.

The Pipe Doctors Josh and Trisha are probably the most honest and good natured plumbers out there. it’s there straight forward honesty combined with many years of pluming experience that make them the ideal resource for any plumbing challenge. They first helped me out with a natural gas leak in my basement, then from there they helped me with a slow draining bathtub, then a sewer problem, and finally an upstairs shower that was leaking to the floor below. In Seattle, with all the recent growth, it becomes difficult as a home owner, to find skilled tradesman that possess the technical knowledge while at the same time maintains honesty and integrity. Cesar and the team from Complete Trenchless are outstanding! They ran a new water line from the meter to my house, which was mostly under my driveway. Having a water leak at your house is never enjoyable but when you find a company like Complete Trenchless who does a high quality job for a great price, it certainly makes the process better. I’d recommend and use these guys again without question. If you have a water or sewer issue don’t hesitate to call them, seriously!!
