Best Burst Pipes in Seattle WA
I would give Stephen Larson 10 stars if I could. I called Stephen because I had a backed up basement toilet, bath and laundry room. I had two other plumbers out to the house the day before, both of whom were unable to get a camera or snake to the clogged area of the line to diagnose the problem properly. After asking around, another plumber who was too busy for my emergent issue referred me to Stephen at Pioneer Plumbing, and told me he was the Inspector Gadget of the plumbing world. I called and left Stephen a voicemail, he promptly called me back, and was at my house within an hour of talking to me. He was able to get his camera to the clogged area within minutes of arriving, assessed the situation quickly, and then got the line cleared. I was impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, positive attitude. I am very thankful for his years of experience which enabled him to solve my sewer line problems quickly and efficiently. He will be my goto plumber moving forward.
I never write reviews, but I was so impressed with everything about the service I received, I felt like I had to write something about this. I will be referring Pioneer Pluming & Sewer to everyone I know moving forward. You should be using them too.

We had an issue with our plumbing not draining properly at the end of November. It took several days (into December!) to resolve the issue, including digging up part of our yard. They also never showed up in the given time frame, which is frustrating. The first plumber didn't actually fix the issue, so it recurred ~1 month later. Today they gave me a window of 10 am - 2 pm and still have not arrived and it's almost 10 pm. They basically have wasted my entire day multiple times by giving inaccurate time estimates and not resolving the issue when they finally show up.It is unreasonable to expect a customer to not be upset with this appalling service. Use a local plumber if you can. These guys will charge a lot, not actually fix the issue, and take forever to show up—never within the given time frame.Update: I called in to see if we could actually expect the plumber tonight. The rep I spoke to was very rude and short with me and all he could say was he's on his way. I asked him what my recourse was if they didn't show up *again* and he told me I'd have to call back. Frustrating. After waiting 12 hours they can't even call me?Finally the plumber arrived almost 12 hours after the original estimate. He told my husband the dispatch didn't properly relay the issue so he doesn't have the equipment to fix it. So we now have to wait *another* day and we cannot use our water system outside of minimal use until it is fixed. He was really nice and apologetic but wow, this experience has been and continues to be incredibly frustrating.

Actually I called them because my toilet was not working. My toilet was old and I asked if they could put in a new toilet. They said “yes” and went to the store to get one. When they finished the took the old one away and there was no mess.
One of the guys was in training. They were both very nice.

This company went above and beyond for us! We had our kitchen cabinets installed the day before so I was calling around scheduling a plumber to install a sink, faucet, and dishwasher. They came right away but I didn’t have the faucet yet so they ran to the store and got me the exact one I wanted and installed it right away! They were friendly, charming and fast. Really cannot recommend them enough!!

Akers did an amazing job fixing the waterline in front of my house. They replaced the whole pipe. I was expecting my lawn to be a disaster zone afterwords since they needed to dig to get to the existing pipe and put in the new one, but after they finished you couldn't even tell they had dug anything.
They were fast, friendly, and charged an extremely reasonable amount. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

Phenomenal Customer Service
O'Neill Plumbing lined our old sewer line with plastic in West Seattle in 2018. In February of 2022 we had a sewer inspection prior to putting our house on the market and were surprised to hear that there were roots in our line. I called O'Neill plumbing the same day and got a call back from Bob who said they would take care of it. The very next day a crew of three showed up at the house. They pinpointed the problem location in our line and then dug down to the line and repaired the compromised portion of the line. The crew of three spent the better part of the day at the house, the hole they had to dig was quite deep. The next day another gentlemen from O'Neill Plumbing brought by some top soil to fill in the top of the hole dug the day earlier.
My wife and I have had O'Neill Plumbing perform other plumbing work over the years and we have never had a negative experience. We recommend them without reservation.

I just want to thank Mike and his team for coming and saving my kitchen. Kitchen sinks were back up and running the camera and doing a full flush saved my marriage. Thanks again.

Basement was flooded. Colin came over within half an hour of our call and sent a camera down the sewer line where he found it was not the cause. He came in, looked at the basement drainage and made several smart suggestions as to what I should do. His work was free! I can't speak highly enough of this business.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

First, I will say that I can't recommend these guys enough. They worked fast, clean, and despite two giant holes dug in my yards, there is barely any evidence that they were there. Tarps put down for the excavated dirt protected our lawn and as a result, all the dirt ended up back in the hole. They also very carefully pulled up the grass in chunks and then put them back so you can't tell from the side that it was ever dug up. (And barely from the top!)
What made this even more amazing is that our contract clearly states that the property owner is responsible for any landscaping needed after the job is over. (This was noted in all four bids we got.) So I expected to have some work after it was done. Instead they did the work, had the line inspected by the city, put everything away, and I didn't have to do anything.
There were some items that made my situation a challenge and I was honestly expecting this to be a painful process. My neighbor and I share a sewer line put in in 1958. I had been putting off the job because of the expense, but my neighbor wanted to go ahead and was willing to do a bunch of the leg work getting quotes. Aces Four's quote was the lowest bid by just a bit, pretty much in line with the two other companies we liked.
Also, the side yard where the sewer line comes out of the house was only accessible by some very old (and not very sturdy) stairs and a gate in a chain link fence. Landscaping (rock walls and trees) made going up any other way not a very easy option. A small excavator was brought in and, with my deteriorating steps protected, they rolled it up into the side lawn with zero damage or evidence they were there. All of the other companies I talked to expected to either dig by hand (more expensive) or have to pull out my fence and trees to get up there with a machine.
Every member of the Aces Four team was professional and courteous and endlessly patient with questions. I would recommend them without reservation.
