Best Boiler Maintenance in Seattle WA

We had a leak under our sink which was causing water to drip into our basement. We have had other plumbers come to our West Seattle house, some of which were good and some not. Ryan Bennett found the work done by the previous plumber was substandard and was probably causing the problem. It was obvious that Ryan was experienced and knew his trade, he was pleasant, professional and reasonable Knowing a good plumber, like a good mechanic or hair dresser is worth their weight in gold. Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

We had to get a new water heater, and it was so easy to schedule an appointment. The technician, Barry, was so nice, went over the quote (which was a great price), and replaced our new water heater in 2 hours. Great customer service, I would highly recommend.

I had two Apartment units in a building I manage that had a clogged shower drain. Jim spent roughly 30 mins on the first unit and instantly gave up. He called me and said he ran 15 feet of snake down the drain and failed to unclog the drain. He said he wasn't even going to try the second unit. I was speechless. I believe he should have at least tried to unclog the second unit. Resolving one of two issues would have been better than simply giving up.We call professionals as a last resort when all attempts fail. It's a little disappointing when a professional throws down the towel after one attempt. Now I'm sitting here waiting for another company to arrive, meanwhile I still have two residents with a clogged shower.On top of that no quote was given over the phone or in person. We would have either way paid at any cost to get the problem resolved.Update: company called this morning to apologize. I'm sure the company is reputable/reliable company in general. We just wanted to make sure their employees protray the same professional demeanor when dealing with customers who are stuck in a bad situation. We call because we need your help.

We have used Gene Johnson for about three years now primarily to maintain our heating system. They have always been responsive and professional. Our latest issue was a leaking water heater that was discovered right before we were ready to leave for the weekend. I called Gene Johnson and they arranged for someone to come out on Monday. I drained the old water heater to avoid more leaking over the weekend. They were good about contacting me when there were delays on getting to us on Monday. They finally got to us around 6pm and worked until the new water heater was installed.They also recommended replacing the old galvanized piping with copper and scheduled to come back to complete that portion of the job. They are almost always prompt or call if there is any delay.I will continue to use them because of the excellent service they provide and the knowledgeable staff.

Vince was excellent, diagnosed the problem. Same day service as well one the hottest day of this year in 2022. Showed up from an hour and half from when my call was placed.Everything was perfect and professional from beginning to end. Highly recommend!
