Choose Fox because of the high rating on Yelp. Called and explained that I was interested in having a 40 year old furnace tuned up and further explained that I did not want to do anything to the furnace but to have it run as well as a 40 year old furnace would run. The girl on the other end of the phone was polite and professional and suggested a tune up. A few days later, Josh came out. I had prepared myself for heavy up sell pressure, but to my surprise, he said that although a new furnace would run a lot more efficient, that it was safe in that it was not going to blow up, and it was not blowing out any carbon monoxide, which was of course comforting to hear. He told me what he did to the furnace and about an hour later, was on his merry way.I was so impressed by Fox, that I am planning on using them at my home in Bothell (the furnace tune up was for my elderly parents in Bellevue). And, should circumstances change on my parents house, they would be the first folks I would call for an estimate on the total re-plumb.If you are looking for a company to work with that you are worried about being taken advantage of, go to Fox first and save yourself the stress. They are well rounded from customer service right down to the technician who did the work....see Josh, told you I was sincere about wanting to write a review about you and Fox!

My wife and I have had Nathan Ware do two separate jobs for us and have been impressed both times. He goes above and beyond to make sure he is giving us what we want and doing the job at a high level. I will be requesting Nathan for future jobs and letting my neighbors know who they should call for all plumbing needs!

Miguel did a fantastic job. He was easy to deal with and made sure I was comfortable with the work being done to my house. I will be using Miguel and Gene Johnson plumbing for all my future needs.

The plumbing service I used was fantastic. The plumber was prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with my plumbing system effectively. I appreciate their attention to detail and prompt service.

Best company ever to work for and company wise ......

Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

I tried to contact Mckinstey for a quote and they never contacted me back.

Beware, the company answering the phone and coming out to do the work is not the company listed here. Seattle Sewer and Plumbing has 40+ years of experience and over 225 reviews. The company coming out is a much newer company with way fewer reviews called Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing.

They came out and had me sign an estimate of over 400 dollars to clear one drain in a bathroom. The young man they sent not only did not make the repair, but he tried to charge me the 400 plus dollars anyway.

Apparently it is common for companies to send out young inexperienced technicians who are not there to repair, but to upsell. Often these technicians do not know how to repair, and are given incentives to sell homeowners on projects that will cost thousands of dollars.

I called around after he left and found someone who knew exactly what to do. They fixed it and charged me half of Joe's estimate.

WHY DOES GOOGLE LET THIS COMPANY PRETEND TO BE SOMEONE THEY AREN'T?

I called Beacon Plumbing twice in the same week: Once to help my elderly parents with an outside house faucet that wouldn't shut off, and another time to fix a water pipe that broke in my school's cafeteria flooding our space. Both times Beacon Plumbing quickly came to our rescue and solved these issues quickly and with professionalism. The staff's thoroughness and kindness toward panicky customers is commendable! Anthony has helped us out on many sewer inspections. He is reliable, smart, and very focused on customer service. He is our first call when we need a sewer scope for our clients.

We had a leak from our kitchen sink pipe into our crawl space. The smell was AWFUL and we were worried about water damage. Roto Rooter came out the same day and the pipe was fixed and they did an amazing job with the clean up. They also worked with our insurance company directly to get services covered. We appreciate their professionalism and prompt service. I can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use their services in the future, if needed!

Arrived quickly, worked fast and effective, explained clearly, left area clean, charged half what national chain plumber charged last time we clogged up.

quick response and service. Had lake building in front of my house with too much downpour in Seattle and they unclogged a drain and cleaned out area.

I could not believe what wonderful service I got,. They re-piped my house . Such pleasant plumbers, so considerate and friendly. 4 certified plumbers and 2 helpers converged on my house around 9:00am and set to work. They finished at 1:45pm. You could tell they knew what they were doing, they scattered and went to work, The man in charge, was everywhere seeing that things were done right,(sorry I can't remember their names, ) Thier price was reasonable and their work was excellent . I can't say enough for them and I will be recommending them to all my friends when they need a plummer.
