I have had bad experiences and ok experiences with plumbers in the past but today I had an EXCELLENT experience. Throw away any old phone numbers you have for other people...the only number you need is for Mike Council Plumbing!

I highly highly recommend using their service!!! Within an hour my water heater was replaced, super friendly guy with knowledge from head to toe.

Kevin and his team were very responsive and professional. I was remodeling my kitchen and needed the water pipes to be rerouted since I was switching the positions of the sink and the dishwasher. Kevin found another problem once the walls were opened and they fixed it too. Everything was done on time. Highly recommend them.

Our experience with elite plumbing was quite positive and the technician was polite and helpful.

They were able to fix my toilet and unclog my drain. Every other plumbing service in the area was charging me $100+ to do the same job. The guys at Genmor Plumbing did it for a fraction of that cost, with no fuss or muss!

TL;DR: they came when they said they'd come, did what they said they'd do, charged what they said they'd charge and it was all done in a friendly, professional manner.Scott was great. He arrived on time, explained what was going to happen, did it, kept me in the loop as he discovered surprises (this was camera location & inspection work prior to commercial construction), talked with me about how to proceed, talked with my general contractor to verify that he had all the information he needed, walked me through what he found and offered follow-up Q&A, if needed.The findings weren't ideal (old lines), but he was professional, friendly, and kind throughout. In addition, I and a helper were in the middle of taking delivery of some large equipment, and he worked well around our movements & timing. If offered the choice, I'd absolutely ask for Scott the next time I need plumbing service.

Jesus was great, quick and fixed the problem. Showed us the issue and explained how to prevent it in the future. Overall a cool guy!

These guys are just so good from start to finish. From the first call talking to a really pleasant person instead of endless prompts, to Phil, the guy who cleaned out our sewer line and who was super nice, experienced, professional and on time and who did the work exactly as estimated at a very reasonable rate. And the follow up call I needed to make after hours to a voicemail system that works flawlessly and got the message to the right person, they clearly pay attention to the little things as well as big... it just adds up to an excellent experience worth writing about. HIGHLY recommended.

These guys are awesome! Our old water heater (Rheem) gone, and I had more than a week of headache trying to contact the brand tech.support, and finding appropriate plumber from their official list of service providers - everybody refused me, or were weird in their answers. Yesterday, after many hours lost on phone I finally typed in Google water heater repair, and selected them from the list. The guy was busy so I left a voice message asking to call back, then I decided to call to the second service provider from the list. I was talking to them listening one more refusal to help, while this guy called me back - 5 minutes after my voice message! Not bad, right? So I called him back, and we had a 20 mins talk. He listened to me with attention, then explained what might happened to my old boiler , because he knows this brand pretty well, as well as all its typical issues. When I insisted him to come here for inspection he surprised me: Sir, sure I can come, but believe me - you will hear everything the same from me, and it will cost you $120 for the visit. So let me save your money explaining by phone. Then he asked me to send him photos of boiler and quickly provided the estimate.
They come today in the morning at 8am, with a new boiler, fully ready to install it.. At 11:15 everything was done and he waited to be sure it's working and we have a hot water in system. Furthermore, during the installation they fixed a couple of other issues, which were there for years: the leaking protection pad was broken, and the leaking discharge tube was ... absent there.
As a result, I got extra quick response, I got free consultancy, I got next-day service, and even additional issues resolving. That’s why they got from me strong 5 stars and this review - because good guys earned this with their work.

In a nutshell, Plumbtree has been professional and has gotten the job done right. During these past several weeks, Plumbtree performed different jobs for us, including identifying and repairing a leak, replacing a water heater, a partial repiping of a section of our home and new faucet installations. Plumbtree plumbers have come on time and have been respectful to us and our property. When we asked fo estimates for additional work, they didn't take us on a slippery slope of never-ending expenses, they just presented options when asked and did the work. Speaking of the work, the work seems to be done well- no complaints, everything is working as it should be. We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!

Excellent work. Took care of my issue above my expectations. They are my go to plumber for any issues.

Martin was very responsive and helped schedule the appointment since the clog was urgent . He arrived within the window he mentioned and notified earlier . Took a look at the clog and fixed it . Made sure the drain happened afterward and cleaned up the overflow as well. He also took a look at one other aerator issue on one of the pipes in sink and recommended what to do so it does not cost much . Overall was very satisfied on service off thoughtful work from universal plumbing.

My water softener doesn’t work. Aaron’s plumbing & rooter helping me to replace the new one with the reasonable price and great service, and it works great! Also they double check to make sure everything ok before they leave. I would recommend Aaron’s plumbing & rooter to anything plumbing needs
