These guys did a great job removing galvanized pipes and re-routing the water lines in my 100 year old house. He was responsive via email, phone, and text; accommodating to various requests from me and my wife; and got the work done as planned.

Called for an appointment to get my only shower fixed. I got one for two days later with a two hour time window. Two hours before the appointment they called and pushed it back for 2 days! I get not being able to guarantee a time but that’s what the window part of an appointment window is for. Pushing it back days right before the appointment window is unprofessional, inconsiderate of customers time and needs. If you can’t fit me in just tell me that upfront. Don’t schedule me and then be shady. If I can’t trust you to be honest about that why would I trust anything else you advise?

These guys are awesome! Our old water heater (Rheem) gone, and I had more than a week of headache trying to contact the brand tech.support, and finding appropriate plumber from their official list of service providers - everybody refused me, or were weird in their answers. Yesterday, after many hours lost on phone I finally typed in Google water heater repair, and selected them from the list. The guy was busy so I left a voice message asking to call back, then I decided to call to the second service provider from the list. I was talking to them listening one more refusal to help, while this guy called me back - 5 minutes after my voice message! Not bad, right? So I called him back, and we had a 20 mins talk. He listened to me with attention, then explained what might happened to my old boiler , because he knows this brand pretty well, as well as all its typical issues. When I insisted him to come here for inspection he surprised me: Sir, sure I can come, but believe me - you will hear everything the same from me, and it will cost you $120 for the visit. So let me save your money explaining by phone. Then he asked me to send him photos of boiler and quickly provided the estimate.
They come today in the morning at 8am, with a new boiler, fully ready to install it.. At 11:15 everything was done and he waited to be sure it's working and we have a hot water in system. Furthermore, during the installation they fixed a couple of other issues, which were there for years: the leaking protection pad was broken, and the leaking discharge tube was ... absent there.
As a result, I got extra quick response, I got free consultancy, I got next-day service, and even additional issues resolving. That’s why they got from me strong 5 stars and this review - because good guys earned this with their work.

Freddy and his assistant Edith in the office were excellent with their work, timing, and price. they beat the nearest estimate, did a great job, and finished on time. I had a busted sewage line that required regular rotor rooting because of tree roots. They figured out the best approach, did a great job. i would recommend them to my friends and family

Very thorough job. Took extra time to clean out the outside a/c unit and the furnace too. I appreciate that he was on time, early in fact, and that he called to let me know he was coming.
Explained what he was doing, politely and efficiently.

We noticed that our home no longer had hot water, we tried fixing our boiler but it was not an easy fix. We called legacy plumbing & rooter inc and they answered us right away and came ASAP, repaired our boiler, had fast friendly customer service. We would definitely recommend this company!

We had a problem with our toilets not draining well. Donny came out and determined that our backwater valve was not opening completely. He ensured that our sewer line was clean and in a state of good repair. Our backwater sewer valve was installed very efficiently in less than a day.
