We had a late-night emergency at one of our commercial plazas where a main line was gushing water into our parking lot. Local Rooter and Plumbing was able to send someone down to plug it up so our tenants could have access to water again and we scheduled the repair for first thing in the morning. When Ray arrived he was very professional and wore a mask in 100 degrees temperature. Ray listened very well and figured out right away where the problem was. He was fast, effective, and reliable. Some of the wastewater pipes under my house were over 70 years old. Advanced Quality Plumbing took photographs, provided me no pressure options. Once work orders were approved, they immediately replace the rotting galvanized piping and brought all of the plumbing up to code. We were completely satisfied with the quality of their workmanship and professionalism.

I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We have used JB Rooter twice, once for drain clearing and once for a kitchen sink leak. In both cases, Jerry responded quickly to our outreach and was on time and professional. Both situations were resolved quickly and completely. JB Rooter is our go-to service provider for plumbing issues.

Adam came 2h late to assess onsite job (sink replacement in kitchen + filtration water). Despite being late with no heads-up, he clearly explained what needed to be done. Said he will send a quote within a week. So far so good.
Then total ghosting: I called 3 times the office 2 weeks apart each time to follow up on the quote, sent him text messages. Even asked in my last call to let me know if Adam is not interested in pursuing this work. Well, still nothing.

Bad ppl so unprofessional and cheats. You charged me like i'm a millionaire. The tech guy comes late and charges me for no time of his here..I helped him since he was a Sr. guy. But the company has crooks and the lady called Mary was arguing about it the whole time. She was like why should we charge less why should we this and that. Never going back with them again. Did not tell me that it would take 5 hrs for the work and the cost around??
