Bobby Mata was the technician from Mike Counsil who installed and serviced the tankless water heater in our home. He is efficient, knowledgeable and of the highest quality. I have had several major plumbing work in my home done by the technicians at Mike Counsil and they have always been top notch.

I left work early today due to some back pain. Thinking I was coming home to take a warm bath to lossen up my back muscles, and surprise the water heater is out.... After trying to fix it myself I immediately called Able. He called me back within 10 minutes, we discussed the issue and he came right over. We just purchased a new washer and dryer set and had it installed buy the company we purchased from. The installation guy did a great job, but after a few days we noticed the smell of gass In our garage, did a soap test on the connection and found a small leak coming out of the connection valve. I immediately got ahold of Able, keeping mind this was late Sunday morning, he quickly texted me back saying he would be here Monday morning. He showed up on time and quickly assessed and replaced the valve. I couldn't be happier with the service we got. We will keep recommending and using His company whenever a plumbing/rooter/gass problem arises. THANK YOU ABLE!

Very professional! They showed up on time and made sure I was always aware of what was going on, they also made sure we had some sort of working water when they were done for the day. They installed a water heater which had caused a major water fall outside my house and installed 3 toilets. Excellent job, however made. Mess of the carpet outside the area of the washing machines could have been avoided by shoe covers, I had just had them cleaned. Very difficult job be because they had to remove washing machine and take water heater out of closet. Also didn’t leave a receipt. Over fabulous job.

AMAZING!!! SPS were HONEST, prompt & efficient. For a water heater repair other Plumbers in the Almaden valley would either say that it's hard to find the parts and it would take 2-3 weeks to get them, one clearly mentioned that he wouldn't bother for a repair, he would only do replacement, some other said said that it would cost $1,500(!) for the repair...outrageous...Basically, they were all pushing towards a new Heater (easy money...) charging between $3,000-$8,000. Thankfully I had also booked an appointment with SPS, Ruben was prompt, professional, he said that he could make the repair, he had the parts handy(!) (contrary to the others who said it would 2-3 weeks to find the parts..what a hideous joke!) and he was upfront to mention that because my Whirlpool heater is old, it would probably need to be replaced in 2-3 years, but the repair is good for now. And they only charged for the cost of a K, Burner Assembly plus labor at Market Hourly rate...my jaw dropped!!! How can it be that other Plumbers are so dishonest and just want to rip you off??? SPS Plumbers I am truly impressed with your professionalism and Honesty!!!

Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose helped me a great deal with my furnace after the ice storm. Special thanks to Steve, the Emergency Tech on duty, over the holidays of 2022.

I have used their sevices few time and not once been disappointed. they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

About a year ago, we were completely clogged and had water backed up to the point that both bathroom and kitchen were not longer draining water properly but out of the sink and tub as well. Called Gil about the emergency and he sent a guy out ASAP. His guy was not only quick but was able to get it the drain working again to our relief.

After a couple more times where it once again got clogged and had to ask for Gil and his crew to come and help, he checked on what was the root of the problem. After a couple of failed attempts from the only clean out I had in the back yard (cable with the camera was short), he checked it from another area not common. And yes in fact, the issue was a root that broke the old piping from the front yard. After crunching numbers and seeing the only fix to this issue was to completely change the line, we had to go with him for the job as not only were we familiar to his skill and crew but his expertise in the matter.

I thought the job would be longer than it did. Not only did his crew dig up and remove the old what looked like ceramic pipe with a newer stronger one, but they completed the job in a few days as opposed to others which I hear would be weeks or so. Once they did that, he also added 2 more clean outs for the property to bring it up to code and minimize anymore headaches just in case we'd get clogged. Knocking on wood so far as we have not even been close to that.

Flushed and sinks all drain properly making as they should be. Gil and his crew did an exceptional job in quick and reliable fashion. Along with that, they also cleaned up and patched up the area with the cement. If I were able to give more stars, I would. I have been passing his information over and over due his professionalism.
