My 1st time working with Crown Plumbing and the were great. Pacient, understanding very understanding. I had to reschedule many times and they were understanding and continued to be kind although it can be frustrating when accommodating a schedule.

Marti's is our go to plumber service for last 4+ years!  They hold a great work ethic and excellent customer service.  Honest, fast, professional and knowledgeable!  They've been very reliable each time we've had an emergency (clogged kitchen sink, main pipe burst, and leaking water heater and replacement), or just needed a repair (leaky tub) or install a new toilet. I've recommended them to family and friends, and they've have had the same great experience of getting good and honest service.

Local Rooter Plumbing has done another wonderful job for us. This is the 4rd job they did for us. They replaced the rusted water pipes that are connected to the house and sprinklers. The worst experience I have ever had with a sub contractor. Here is my story. We needed someone to come and unclog a toilet. We called Go Go Rooter, they came out and said the job would be $1950 to snake/cable/use a camera, dig a trench and put in ABS pipe to the clean out. Maybe around 8' of pipe. No concrete involved, everything was under the lawn. After digging the trench I was told two things: Good news we are not going to charge you $1950, but only $950 as it wasn't as bad as we thought. But the bad news is, we have a major problem and now it is going to cost $6700 to do the job. I complained and the price was reduced to $5500. REALLY????? I told them to stop and I would call them back. I called another plumber who came out the same day and finished the major problem job for $1500. I was shocked to see the difference in price for the same job. Do you cll Go Go Rooter honest people? I don't. They are crooks and should not be doing business in this hemisphere. A letter is going to the CSLB with a major complaint.

I had a busted copper pipe in my front yard that was spewing water nonstop. The techs came out did some investigating and dirty digging and they found the pipe that had been bent by the roots of an old tree. They fixed the pipe which was under a concrete slab. And they did perfect concrete work to replace the slice of concrete that they had to cut which was under the slab. These guys are really meticulous and do outstanding work. The price was an absolutely fair market price for all the work these guys had to do. I will for sure use them again when I need them. Great job guys !

Freddie, the owner was very knowledgeable and solution oriented in regards to our sewer issue under concrete found. He was able to give us options and honest time frames. Martin was the first to respond to my “emergency” via the thumbtack app. I dropped a brand new silver and diamond bracelet my mom just gave me, in the bathroom sink. I don’t know anything about taking apart the under sink pipes so I was all for paying someone else to do it. He communicated with me on when he would arrive and was punctual. He retrieved the bracelet and all was right in the world :)

The $100 charge was sooo worth the 15min job, plus peace of mind I now have with the bracelet back in my possession and out of the sink pipe.

Angel from EJ Plumbing was very responsive, efficient, and professional. We called on the weekend and had a person on site first thing Monday morning. They quickly assessed the problem and installed a new garbage disposal. They were proactive in explaining how the system works and how to maintain it. Additionally, they took the time to explain maintenance for our sink overall and our hot water heater. Their communication was kind and clear throughout.
