Best team I've ever worked with. Had very good equipment. First time I've seen HD video of entire sewer line from city demarc to all the way deep inside the house. Resolved the issue by eliminating two tree roots then gave a reasonable estimate for fixing the root cause along with a good recommendation on which one is worth spending money for and which one is not. No others I hired in 5 different occasions before could do it as well as this team did. Rates were reasonable, and everything completed within an hour. No pressure for up-selling. Highly recommended.

Not only was Chandler's plumbing on time and professional but the pricing was excellent and all the work passed inspection and done in a very timely manor!!

We had a pipe in our back yard use pressure. Kevin came over and explained what he believed the problem to be and gave us a quote. The thing I like the most is that he said the project would cost X amount, if what he did didn't fix the problem then he would credit that amount for the next step of fixing etc. Since it was a diagnose issue.
He was also very punctual and communicative. I had a window of 12-2. He called around 1:15 saying he was 10 minutes out which I greatly appreciated.
A bonus was that he gave a small discount and left us a whole packet with the companies contact info and everything we need.
We'll definitely use them again.

They arrived in a timely manner, and their technician got to work right away. After going through every potential solution, he figured out that it was just one of those simple fixes. He knew his job well

My experience with Plumbtree Plumbing & Rooter was satisfactory despite some miscommunications with company representatives. Anthony Morin arrived on May 30 to provide an estimate to replace a 41 year old Hoyt water heater that was leaking. He recommended a Bradford and White unit --one that he has in his home.

On June 1, Technicians Juan Arreola and Jason Esparza arrived to the remove the old unit and install the new one. When they were bringing in the new unit, I noticed that it was not the one that Anthony specified, so Juan contacted the dispatch office for assistance. He then handed me the phone where I spoke to the company owner who agreed to take back other unit and install the Bradford and White unit. Once the unit was installed, I thanked Juan and Jason.

On June 16, I received a text alert that Juan was on his way to my home around 9:30am. I was at work in my office and wondered why I received this alert as I was not aware of a scheduled appointment for that day. Soon after I received a call from the Plumbtree from Hannah. She explained that the appointment was scheduled in error and that they needed to schedule an inspection date for the water heater installation by the City of San Jose Code enforcement and they were aware that at least one installation detail needed to be corrected. Hannah scheduled another appointment for me for Jun 22, 2022 to correct the installation deficiency. Juan arrived around 9am and completed that task---the connection from the pressure relief valve needed to be solid copper pipe with a brass nipple connection to the existing galvanized steel pipe as code requires.

Hannah at Plumbtree dispatch scheduled an appointment for final inspection on July 12, 2022. The City of San Jose inspector arrived shortly after 8am and asked to see the permit and inspect the installation. He noted 3 areas of installation that did not meet code. He noted on the permit that the inspection failed, returned the permit to me and said another inspection would be required to be scheduled by Plumbtree once the corrections were made and then left. Juan arrived about 10 mins later. I informed him that the inspector had inspected the installation and found 3 areas of concern that needed correction. He called back Plumbtree dispatch for advice and to get more detail on what corrections were needed to pass the code inspection that had been uploaded by the inspector to the City of San Jose Code Enforcement portal. Juan completed the required modifications by noon and said that he would be back on July 14, 2022 to meet the inspector for reinspection. Juan arrived shortly before 8am to ensure that he did not miss the inspector. The City inspector arrived around 820am . They went to water closet where the inspector confirmed that all the required corrections to the installation had been made and then signed off as completed and passed final inspection.

Plumbtree worked with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the installation, accommodating me with workable appointment dates, and that the installation met code requirements.

Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing did a really great job of fixing a problem for our HOA. They were less expensive and fixed our problem better than another plumber proposed. I'm delighted with their service!

For starters, they were on time. The plumber was polite and explained every detail of what was needed for repairing/replacing broken water pipe under the house now and preventative suggestions that would prevent future mishaps. The decision was mine not theirs, which I appreciated. I took his advice. Everything was completed in half a day. I am very, very satisfied with their performance and the company's response. All the old materials were hauled away and included in the price, which was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company.

Came to do a bid and bid really high instead of telling me that he didn't want to do the project.. I have run in to this before with contractors. I have been running jobs for decades. Oh well.

Samuel at EJ was able to diagnose and get our water heater up and running after power surges fried a few parts. The only delay was waiting for the parts to come in - we were able to get him out next-day both for the first visit and the final repair. He was also an absolute delight to work with. The phone staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Jerry replaced my faucets handles for the bathroom sink and bathtubs. He came on time with the right materials and required equipment and completed the job professionally with record time. He even gave me a discount on the job. Highly recommended.

Used this company because it was recommended by an acquaintance. It was not the cheapest but I went by the recommendation.
Too bad did not check their yelp reviews first.
I had a leaking dishwasher. It started leaking again in 2 months and I called back. The company refused to fix it or at least give me a discount. The technician did not write the report properly, he did not write what my actual problem was, just some unclear steps. The technician no longer worked there either, looks like the company does not treat either customers or their employees right.
