Mike Silveira and Sal Juarez were terrific. My mother's house was built in the 70s and had a broken kitchen drainline underneath the house. Crown Plumbing came out and found the problem and presented a written proposal and I went with Crown rather than the other top San Jose area Commercial and Residential Plumbing Company. Definition of Customer service and Workmanship. Ishmael was outstanding to work with. They helped me battle a tub issue that I was not able to get completed by another contractor. Rick came in with a fair estimate and their contractors came in and got the fix done in no time. They were very helpful and responsive on all issues and questions I had. Extremely quick at responses and clean work. I will be using them going forward on all by plumbing needs, side passing my home warranty contractors to refer only Chandlers Plumbing.
This project was a nightmare until Ishmael and his team came in and helped get this resolved.

I left work early today due to some back pain. Thinking I was coming home to take a warm bath to lossen up my back muscles, and surprise the water heater is out.... After trying to fix it myself I immediately called Able. He called me back within 10 minutes, we discussed the issue and he came right over. We just purchased a new washer and dryer set and had it installed buy the company we purchased from. The installation guy did a great job, but after a few days we noticed the smell of gass In our garage, did a soap test on the connection and found a small leak coming out of the connection valve. I immediately got ahold of Able, keeping mind this was late Sunday morning, he quickly texted me back saying he would be here Monday morning. He showed up on time and quickly assessed and replaced the valve. I couldn't be happier with the service we got. We will keep recommending and using His company whenever a plumbing/rooter/gass problem arises. THANK YOU ABLE!

Very professional! They showed up on time and made sure I was always aware of what was going on, they also made sure we had some sort of working water when they were done for the day. Work was done very quickly but it definitely wasn't rushed. Able and his team are amazing and will definitely be my go to for plumbing problems and projects! Plus my new shower is amazing!!

Kitchen tap water was pretty funky tasting. Chris came over and replaced the faucet head. Good effective, fast work.

It’s not always easy to get a good plumber - and when you need one, you probably REALLY need one. We’ve used San Jose Drain and Main multiple times, and each time they have been outstanding! They fixed several different random plumbing issues (shower leak, clogged sink leak, recirculation pump involving copper repair…our house is aging) but both Giovani and Sam have been responsive, professional and friendly as well. These guys know what they’re doing, fixing our problems and stress. Classy outfit, highly recommend.

My dog is a total menace and needs to let everyone know he’s in the room. I wasn’t sure how the tech would feel, and I was willing to put him away but the repair guy was very nice and absolutely comfortable around the dog. He just had such a nice calm demeanor and I appreciated the lack of drama.

We hired Evo Water Heating & Plumbing to install a whole house filtration system, under-the-sink filter, and replace a 20 year old water heater tank. Martin was awesome! He is extremely professional, very generous with his time when answering questions, and did a superb job.
We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them. We will definitely be calling on them for all our future plumbing needs.

We went shopping for our daughter's birthday party and came home 2 hours later with the first floor flooded. I called several plumbers before I called SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. They responded and came about one hour later. The break was inside the walls and required leak detection. Before leaving for the weekend the plumber was able to determine that it was the hot water pipe that was leaking. This provided us with at least cold water during the party and for the weekend. When they came after the weekend they were able to determine where the leak came from on their first attempt. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe expeditiously. They were very professional and meticulous when it came to their work and our home. We were updated on a regular basis on their progress. They showed us where the leak was and what actually caused it. We were so fortunate that, on our third call to a plumber, we reached SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter and that they were available within an hour to come to the rescue. I would strongly recommend SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter for any type of plumbing and rooter service.

I had a leaky kitchen faucet and bought a new one to replace it. I thought it should be a fairly straightforward job, but the mounting bolt was rusted tight. After hours of trying to removed it and even trying to drill it off we reached out to Universal Plumbing & Rooter. They were very responsive online and sent out Martin the next morning. When he arrive he had the tools to remove the previous faucet. He offered to install the new faucet and since he did such an efficient job at the previous removal I took him up on it. Installation was super fast and the new faucet works great. He cleaned up any mess he left and was on his way. Great work and professionalism by Martin! Would use him again and highly recommend using Universal Plumbing & Rooter.

5 stars is not enough for Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose! We have been using them over the past few years for AC repair (our unit came with the house when it was built in 2005) and they ALWAYS got to us right away even if they had to squeeze us in. Along with that, they have always been extremely honest about the findings during the investigation and even helped us to get a few more years out of our unit.

In this experience, our AC stopped blowing altogether. We called, and they were a little backed up as is typical for anywhere in June-August, Monique worked it out to have someone here as soon as possible. Sadly, our Unit was beyond quick fixes and needed new parts. They were kind enough to price out multiple options for us. One was repairing the old system, one was a new unit of the same size and one was a slightly bigger unit. They were not pushy at all on any of the options, but just gave very objective information which I appreciated. We decided to bite the bullet and get a new system. It was only another couple grand more & worth it to us to not be sweating the entire summer. It was also very very comparable to other places when I had talked with some of our neighbors. They even offer 0% financing for 3 years which is also incredible so it's not just an immediate hit to your bank account all at once.

On to schedule, they were very realistic with me about when they could probably do it. It was likely going to be a week later which was fine. Other places we had talked to were 2-3 weeks so I think this was pretty normal to order parts and all of those things. I received a phone call the next day that they were able to squeeze me in on Friday of that week!!! I was ecstatic that they even went out of their way to try to make that happen. The technicians and another very nice and wonderful man (forgive me for not remembering your names) called to see if they could come the day before for measurements. I was at my office nearby so I was like sure, and I met them at the house. They asked if they could just start now while they were here which was super nice since they didn't have to start until the following day. They were done & the house was cooling by noon the next day! I'm amazed and in awe by how much Mr. Drain Plumbing of San Jose cares about their customers. Highly recommend!
