Our experience with Mike Counsil Plumbing was a good one. We first met Jaime on a rainy Saturday evening when he came to restore water service to our house after we discovered a leak and turned the whole system off. He was very professional and patient, despite the terrible weather, and was able to restore temporary water service to our home within about an hour. Shane returned on Tuesday to restore permanent water service. Shane explained things very well and was very polite and conscientious. The restoration of permanent service took several days, but Shane always showed up when he said he would and seemed to be as efficient as he could be. He even went on a bit of a wild goose chase to find some sod to replace some of our grass that had been damaged during the plumbing work. I would highly recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing.

We had a broken dishwasher disposal and called Bueno Plumbing. They were able to send someone out the same day, but I wasn't available to meet with them until the next day. Kevin came out on time and quickly assessed the damage, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and had it working again in no time. He was so friendly & knowledgeable. They made the whole process really simple, I would highly recommend them!

Rayne has serviced our small complex several times. I called last night with a blocked storm drain and they did a great job. Bill called me back (from their answering service) in 5 minutes, we discussed the problem, he gave an estimated charge, and he arrived in under an hour. He was able to find + fix the problem (roots in the drain pipe) in about 15 minutes, and then spent the full hour cleaning as much of our drain piping as possible. Bill was clearly an expert at what he was doing, gave good advice on what preventative maintenance we should do in the future, and after this experience I'd recommend him + Rayne to anyone.

Our sewer line needed clean out and a friend referred Plumbtree Plumbing to us. We were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Whilliam, our technician arrived on time and was very knowledge and professional. He was able to clear the line and resolved our issues. Overall the service from Plumbtree was great. Aaron's initially scheduled me for an appointment tomorrow morning with the proviso that if they had availability open up they would get to me sooner - this afternoon or evening. Sure enough, I got a call about an hour later that one one their best plumbers - Roy - was on the way from his last call in Livermore. Roy was respectful, congenial and above all, expert and diligent in diagnosing the problem, cause (calcification due to hard water) and installed the new faucet within an hour! Excellent job. Roy also let me know about other services Aaron's does, including water softeners using potassium instead of NaCl salt, and a hot-water recirc pump system option. No hard up-selling, just knowledge-sharing. Great work and great recommendations. Nice guy too! Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter has a customer for life. Very very reasonable pricing as well. I could not have been more pleased! On a Sunday morning I discovered water bubbling up through the expansion joints of my driveway. My main water line to the house had sprung a leak. I left a message Sunday afternoon and was promptly called back Monday morning. Service Manager Kem was at my house Monday afternoon to investigate. A very reasonable quote was provided Tuesday afternoon and work commenced on Wednesday morning. The work completed by Humberto and Melvin, under Kem's direction, was speedy, clean and they were able to complete the job in one long day. Great job! Everything went smooth from initial call to the on-site clean up. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Loni was on time, answered all of our questions, and had our new water heater installed in two hours. This was a great company to work with.

Called Adam for some emergency help late evening. Though he was done for the day, he reached out to his team and arranged one of the best technician to come and help solve our problem immediately. We had a flooded kitchen, the gentlemen came and helped solve the root cause of the problem. Would definitely recommend and use for my future needs. Last year my toilet broke. Golden State sent someone within my crazy available schedule. Quoted a price, picked up the new toilet, installed and cleaned up the mess. PERFECT. The price quoted was the price I paid.
Most important- I felt safe having this stranger in my house.

Don’t hire Isaac! He does not live up to his warranty. Could not fix a leak in my pipe. Aldo refuse to honor warranty. Lost $385 for doing nothing.
