They canceled on Monday because someone twisted their ankle, they canceled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because they had no parts, (a toilet handle and a seal) they cancelled on Friday because they had no plumber available. We fired them. They NEVER phone you to say they are not coming, you sit at home in a 4 hour window day after day waiting. Then you phone them for the latest excuse.........

I booked an appointment online to repair my water heater. . Had a small issue with overbooking on googles part. But they made it happen. Sara, who runs the office did her best to get a technician to my home even though they were booked solid. Tim called me to try to evaluate or fix the problem verbally. Then came Jonathan..... he showed up, explained the problem, gave me options, and did the work I requested. He was fast , efficient, and super professional!!!! He got our hot water up and running!! I’m sooo thrilled to randomly find this company.

Allstar Plumbing did a great job at fixing our bathtub. It was draing slowly and the shower pressure was weak. They arrived on time and promptly got to work to resolve the issue. Now, everything is flowing great. Thanks!

The two guys that came were wonderful to deal with, friendly, concise, professional and were able to diagnose the gas leak coming from the outdoor plumbing into the bbq station. They could have pulled the “ oh we don’t do bbq’ fixes” but correctly said it’s the pipe leading to the bbq that was the issue with the regulator which most likely has worn seals, ordered the replacement, after trawling the Bay Area to find one, then coming back to explain the situation and how long it would take to arrive. Once the part arrived, they came by and installed the part, checked to ensure leaks were gone and cleaned up the area before showing me the old part where it leaked from and the seals that were worn . Couldn’t be happier with the service, the people and the general courtesy shown. Can’t recommend highly enough

Arizona did a great job fixing our broken sprinkler piping and leaking valves. Great communication throughout the initial consultation and follow up work scheduling, would definitely hire again.

It was an emergency (sunday evening 8pm) where water was backing up in kitchen, there was water flowing out of drain in garage. Called drain doctor , they were here in an hour and spent around an hour on the roof to unclog the drain. I would definitely use the service again if needed. Special shout-out to Jake for his quality services.

I am very happy with the work done by CMS. I had a problem with the sewage line. They sent Nickolas, he quickly assessed the situation and explained everything to me. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was also super nice. He fixed the problem and even cleaned everything up. He went way above and beyond. I had a leaking pipe in my garage and under my house. I called EJ and they had a plumber out to make the repair on time as scheduled. Steve I., the lead technician was very pleasant, engaging and professional and made the repairs with his crew. He also identified a few additional problems under the house, documented them with pictures, explained why a repair should be made and did the work. Thank you! I would definitely recommend EJ and Steve I. in particular.

Last year my toilet broke. Golden State sent someone within my crazy available schedule. Quoted a price, picked up the new toilet, installed and cleaned up the mess. PERFECT. The price quoted was the price I paid.
Most important- I felt safe having this stranger in my house.

We have used Dave at Aqua Flow Plumbing previously starting with replacing a main sewer drain to doing a copper repipe throughout our house. He’s always been very professional, timely and his work second to none. So it was a no brainer who we called to replace our water heater. He got right on it, did a wonderful job and we were very pleased.
Each time we’ve used Dave we have been very pleased and wouldn’t call anyone else-Thank You Dave!

Great company from start to finish. We just bought our house and a sewer issue kept recurring. Isaac came out and provided an unbiased estimate of what the issue was, what it would take to fix, and what it would cost. No sales tactics. No asking what other companies bid. Scheduling was easy and work was completed on time. And they did a great job of communicating before, during, and after.

Marco is the best! He saved me hundreds of dollars by just giving me solid advice as if he were the homeowner. Instead of defaulting to making money for his business, he told me what he would do. His expert advice and referral helped me solve the problem within 30 mins. I will definitely call him next time I have an issue. Highly recommend!
