This company over charges compared with the normal price in the Bay Area. The technicians do not seem familiar with the hand work enough and do not know how to pilot light the gas water heater. Instead they suggested replacing it with an extremely pricey quote. I won’t call for their service again.

Two=way Clean Out Installation

My kitchen ceiling downstairs was leaking when I ran any water upstairs. Ujin came and assessed the issue (on a weekend at no extra charge), came back the next day and repaired the broken pipe. He worked efficiently and cleanly and in total was done within an hour or so. It was far more affordable than a second quote I received. Would absolutely use this company again for any plumbing needs.

I had a clog in two restrooms. Great service! Quick response! I like he also gave a lot of good advices to prevent future clog. Would recommend to anyone!

Cupertino Plumbing dispatched Angel to check out a strange noise the water heater was making. I turned off the heater before he arrived and, of course, magically the sound eventually stopped. Angel said he would be at my house before 4 pm, he arrived before 3 pm, turned on the heater and spent the next thirty minutes teaching me basic maintenance and waiting for the sound to come back (which it didn't). He didn't charge me a dime. Cupertino Plumbing originally installed this heater two years ago. Their service and professionalism are superb!
