Leaving this review for Jaime. He was a professional plumber. This is the second time I called Local Rooter and I was satisfied with their services. Last time we had a clogged line and Jaime initially came on a weekend, fixing it faster than I thought. After several months, we needed to replace a water heater and call Local Rooter again. Duey picked up my phone immediately. He asked me to send a picture of the old water heater to see the location and send me a quote. The price was affordable, so I set up an appointment the next following day. Jaime and Jorge came on time and installed a new water heater. They also took away the old one and cleaned up thoroughly.

I had backed up sewer pipes so I called ARS. I had used them once before and had a great experience then too (Jay), but this time it was Bruce - equally good! Both times the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t talk down to me or try to get me to spend more than I needed to to get the job done. Monte (field supervisor?) also came out with a camera and confirmed Bruce’s diagnosis. Monte was also great. I would highly recommend ARS! Thanks for your commitment to the customer!

Our water heater went out less than two years after acquiring it. Called Falcone and they were out right away and replaced the heating unit and got it back up and running. Steve the service man was great and went out of his way to find the part locally and get us back up and running same day. The part is under warrantee and they did not charge us for it even though they sourced it themselves rather than sending it back to the manufacturer. Did everything you'd want to solve the issue!

After online chatting with them, and based on reviews, we selected Water Heaters Only and were able to schedule them to come out the very next morning.

We worked with Loni, who arrived on schedule and called beforehand. He was courteous and professional, and really knows his stuff. He explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. He came fully prepared and in less than two hours our new water heater was installed and running. The installation looks very professional; he made sure the area was clean and that the unit was strapped down properly. He spent time showing me how to turn off the gas and water if necessary, and how to adjust the heating level.

Their pricing is very straightforward and easy to understand, basically one flat price for everything. In my opinion, the installation, though not cheap, was worth every penny. I was very pleased with the excellent service I received. It was done quickly and done right. A guy from this company came to clean my house sewer pipe to the street section which belongs to the city of Cupertino. It should be cleaned every year since the tree roots grows into it. When I looked into the sewer pipe opening, I saw spider webs spanning across the diameters of the sewer pipe with tree leaves on it. It is normal since the pipe opening cover (with air holes) was not opened for a year and spiders like the safe place to live. The guy then pull down a buck of water into the sewer pipe, waited for 30 seconds, and then put the drain cover back. I said, wait, you need to clean the pipe using snake. He said, I already cleaned it. I then said, It is impossible since I saw spider webs with leaves in the the pipe. How do the spider webs insider the pipe survive the snake? He said, snake can go through the spider . Come on, this is a 4 inch wide pipe, a professional snake with a 3 inch steel blades should destroy anything on its way. The spider webs inside the openings should be completely gone if he really did his job. He then said, do you want me to clean it again? I will charge you the second time. What? He obviously did not do it in the first place, and now he want to charge me twice? What a cheating company! The thing is, this section of pipe belongs to city of Cupertino. This company wants to charge the city twice for one service job. City of Cupertino gets ripped of by this Abjdd plumbing company. I will report to the city and the city should find another reputable plumbing company for it's contract work. Period.

This is the company my homeowners association uses for repairs. Our notice said water would turn off from 9:00 to 1:00 It's still off after 4:00. I learned they didn't even start or turn it off till 3:00 p.m.. I called them to find out when it would be back on and their pat answer was 'when the job is finished.' I explained I was looking for a timeline so I could know when to expect to have water. I was told to call my homeowners association the only problem is they told me to call AquaTech which makes sense since they're the ones that are doing the job and know how the job is going and how long it's going to take. Don't give them your business I'm going to encourage my homeowners association to get a new plumbing service.
