If you're scanning reviews, then the bottom-line is that Local Rooter & Plumbing arrived quickly - and they did a great job getting my main sewer line open quickly.

After taking a shower, my son says, Hey Dad...the water is not draining in the shower. Oh great. I immediately checked the tub on the other side of the wall, and it had several inches of water in it, too. I responded to my son to not flush a toilet.

Initially, I called a rooter company I had used two years ago - and had liked. But, they were booked until Thursday. Since it was Tuesday, waiting was a non-starter.

I checked for another rooter service and came across Local Rooter & Plumbing. I liked seeing all of the positive Yelp reviews, so I called them. They picked up the phone and had someone to my house within about 60-90 minutes. The first guy did not have the right equipment (possibly because on the initial call I mentioned the standing water in the tub - and them possibly thinking a smaller snake was all that was needed). The service tech on-site called another service tech (Johnny) who showed up within minutes.

Within moments, Johnny knew just what to do. Instead of a tradition heavy-duty powered snake, he broke out a high-pressure water-jet set-up that made quick work of clearing-out the main sewer line.

In addition, I happen to also have a clogged-up underground corrugated hose that had been set-up to take the rain water from a downspout and deliver it to the sidewalk area. It must have gotten clogged-up by all of the particles from the roof tiles - maybe some leaves. It's been clogged for 2-3 years, and it's been a watery mess next to the porch when it rains. Johnny attacked it from both ends with the water jet, and he got it completely cleared-out. Icing on the cake!

Johnny was professional and personable the whole time. The cost was reasonable for what I asked them to do. I recommend Local Rooter & Plumbing - and I will likely call Johnny back in the future should my main sewer line (or underground downspout line) get clogged again.

Marco was prompt, cleaned up our drain quickly and tested it thoroughly.

It is a great experience working with Genmor Plumbing. The service they offer is very good and the prices are even better. I will continue to work with them in the future.

Adrian originally came out to deal with two separate issues. A leaking hose in one toilet and a less obvious leaking toilet on a second floor that has caused some water damage on the first floor ceiling He diagnosed both and repaired. Less than an week later, one of the toilets started malfunctioning again,. Rayne courteously sent him back out to repair the issue at no additional cost. I consider that excellent customer service. Adrian was very pleasant and courteous. Would recommend and will use again.

Romeo helped me install the new water heater. He arrived on time and explained everything clearly. His work is professional, and passed the city inspector with no problem. I would definitely use HR Silicon Valley plumbers and Romeo again.

I want to give a huge thank you to Jay, who worked tirelessly to get my home's plumbing up and running. We were desperate, without ability to use our toilets and shower. Jay proposed a number of ideas to solve the problem; it being a hold house, was not an easy fix. Thanks to Jay with support from Juan our plumbing is fully functional again. I'd gladly call ARS and especially Jay and Juan again.

I had an outdated water softener system which needs to be replaced. I checked with a few vendors on Yelp, Evo Water is one of the first to respond. They came in on time to evaluate the whole house and provided valuable advices on which system is best suited for my house. The cost is also comparable to others. They came in within a week or so to install the system. The water quality is night and day difference than before, much better of course ;-) they are even helpful and responsive when I had a few follow on questions a few weeks after the installation. Great service overall!

Called for appointment and received a time for 8 to 10 am. By 10;30 no one showed up or called so I called and left a message. When I was called back I said it was too late my morning was wasted I went to another company.

Carlos and his team have done a significant amount of plumbing for us in 2023. They have fixed a leak under the kitchen sink, replaced the waste lines under the house, and replaced both the sewer line and fresh water line in the yard. The plumbing dated back to the late 1940's, so it was a relief to have it replaced before a failure. Their work has always been professional, timely, and code compliant. We were updated for their arrival at least the day before. Any disruptions to our water or sewer services were minor and always lasted less than a day. Carlos also added very useful modifications to the original layout, in order to modernize everything and provide easy access when needed.
I highly recommend Golden State Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

This wasn’t an easy fix and was a very very smelly stressful job but I want to say thank you to Alejandro for his determination to fix the problem…within 3 hours he brought my office from a sewage nightmare back to a Spa like environment!!! I emailed this company about one of their drivers in a box truck. I was unchanging equipment on the side of the road in a construction zone. Their employees were flying down first st in san jose and almost hit me. I only recieved and automated email back asking how my experience was.

Alex came yesterday to diagnose why the exterior of our refrigerator was hot to the touch. First he needed to pull our fridge out from the wall so that he could access the rear of it. This was a very difficult task, because our fridge had not been moved in a long time, and some debris had accumulated under it. Alex was very patient and diligent in getting the fridge to finally come out.

Once he did so, he quickly determined that the problem was dirty condensor coils. He meticulously cleaned the entire area until that part of the unit looked brand new. I have included the after picture but unfortunately did not think to take a before picture showing how filthy the back of the fridge was.

Afterwards, Alex put the refrigerator back in place, and cleaned the floor. Throughout the whole appointment, he was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and generous with his time. This is my second time working with Fuse HVAC and I will definitely work with them again!

Exceptional plumbing company, they are real experts in the plumbing business. Our construction company hired Hickey and Sons to do a plumbing job for the multi-unit building, and they did it very well.

Our 1980s era gas furnace went out on the coldest week of the year for this Aptos area on a Saturday. Coast pacific were the only company to answer my call for help. We ended up needing a new furnace and they did a fantastic job and quickly. Pretty full service company and helped us figure out a few related issues. Jeremy Correa was terrific. They had to return the next day to sort out the older thermostat and replace it with an upgraded one. They were so fast, so responsive. I would definitely recommend and will use them again no doubt.
