This is the second time we've used Dollens, first being when they upgraded the wiring to the entire house. This time they installed an isolated circuit in our garage and some can lighting. Even though it was a smaller job, they treated it just as importantly as the bigger job.

They answered all our questions, let us know and talk through our options and didn't do any additional work without letting us know and approve the price difference for our requests, rather than telling us at the end of the job.

I called this emergency electrician after my light fixture had a short. They were able to send a repairman out the same day and he was very helpful, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their light fixtures fixed!

The UV light in my furnace doesn't work after their installation. They sent someone to inspect it and they said that they will call me to schedule a replacement. NEVER HAPPENED.

I called them back three days later and the lady who answered the phone said she needs to look things up and she'll give me a call back. NEVER HAPPENDED.

I called again two days later and they finally scheduled a technician visiting, which also DIDN'T HAPPEN.

I called three times the day I should've gotten a visit and no one knows what was happening. Everyone that answered the phone said I'll have to contact my manager and give you a call back. Guess what, these call backs NEVER HAPPEN!

I've double checked with them on my phone number, which is correct.

It is sarcastically funny that they work so diligently when they are installing the systems and giving out suggestions to update your home, or, when they are trying to get you pay them. But when it comes to post-sale service, it seems that their passion of work just disappeared.

I am so glad I had this company today to fix my panel switch that was not working. Their electrician was very expert addressing my concern on time without any mistakes. He took the time to discuss everything and make sure my questions are all answered. I will highly recommend this company without any doubt. Thank you very much!

Our furnace stopped working, Matt came over and looked at it and knew what the problem was within 5-10minutes. Ordered the new part for us, installed it and now works like new.

The electrician was quite generous with helpful information over the phone. Upon their arrival, they immediately began repairing my lamp. Personally, I could not be more content. I intend to rely on them in the future for all of my needs.

Alex came yesterday to diagnose why the exterior of our refrigerator was hot to the touch. First he needed to pull our fridge out from the wall so that he could access the rear of it. This was a very difficult task, because our fridge had not been moved in a long time, and some debris had accumulated under it. Alex was very patient and diligent in getting the fridge to finally come out.

Once he did so, he quickly determined that the problem was dirty condensor coils. He meticulously cleaned the entire area until that part of the unit looked brand new. I have included the after picture but unfortunately did not think to take a before picture showing how filthy the back of the fridge was.

Afterwards, Alex put the refrigerator back in place, and cleaned the floor. Throughout the whole appointment, he was very pleasant, friendly, courteous, and generous with his time. This is my second time working with Fuse HVAC and I will definitely work with them again!

I had a living room AC installed. The work was done to a very high standard and the engineers were very professional. The engineers were very friendly and very helpful when it came to moving some furniture for the installation.

Our HVAC installation was timely and the team took excellent care of our home careful not to make a mess. Not to mention, they cleaned up afterward and checked on us later to make sure we were ok.
