As he prepared the area to replace parts, he saw the real issue was water valves were turned off. He only charged me for his time to come out. Very honest and reliable. 5 stars for Genmor Plumbing! Called Friday afternoon and the owner, Genaro, came Saturday morning. Very professional, curtious, on time, detailed, organized, put booties over his shoes while inside and dressed well. Took great care in my home finding the gas leak. Inspected all gas appliances & function. Efficiently repaired the leak (fixed the problem better than it was originally installed.) He said to call if there was any other concerns I had. I would highly recommended Mr. Genaro and his company Genmor Plumbing ☆☆☆☆☆

A new shower stall was required, after the floor pan on the existing shower had a leak. Abel and team provided options and recommendations, and ordered a cultured marble shower pan and sides - plus the installation. I've had Rayne out to my place twice, once to replace a water heater and once to help with a shower faucet. Both times their plumber knew the answer to every question I had and was happy to explain everything. They're not the cheapest place in town, but so far they've been worth the money in my opinion.

Put in a request and they got back very quickly to setup a next day, on-site appt to provide a quote. Tech called the morning of, asking if he could come earlier than scheduled due to an opening. He arrived on time and was very professional. I'm still collecting other competitive bids, but have been impressed by their professionalism and pre-sales service.

We had a tankless hot water heater installed when ours failed. It was installed correctly by a different plumber, but did not work properly. Our plumber found SPS for us and they came on short notice, assessed the problem, got the manufacturer to ship a new part, and it got installed by SPS - at no charge to us. Our tech, Steve, is a true professional and took care of all the details. We now have a fully functional hot water heater. I give SPS my highest rating.

He was on time 8am sharp front my door. I was impressed by his ponctuality and profesionalism.
He said that the job will take him couple hours to fix then replace them, he delivered like a machine.
During his work he showed twice what he is doing and updated me with the progress and couple advise to get the best outcome.

So I disposed of some food in my kitchen sink and perhaps didn't let it run long enough. Well it clogged the drain and backflowed into the bathtub and was pretty messy and smelly. Booked an appointment Sunday afternoon for Monday morning visit (10-12pm window) and Luis showed up at 10am sharp (got a text beforehand saying he was on the way). Luis was super nice, professional and knowledgeable. He cleared my clogged drain and cleaned my icky/black water tub (done in less than hour). Great service and attitude. Give this man a raise! (has been with EJ for 15 years). Was reasonably priced and will definitely use again. Thanks Luis and EJ and keep up the great work.
