Best Fixtures Repair in San Jose CA

I needed a faucet replacement in one of my bathrooms. Mario S came out - I appreciated his professionalism in handling this job. There was a glitch in that one of the items was defective. He worked with me and came back to finish the job when the item was replaced. I've had this company do my plumbing for around 5 years and have never been disappointed.

They canceled on Monday because someone twisted their ankle, they canceled on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because they had no parts, (a toilet handle and a seal) they cancelled on Friday because they had no plumber available. We fired them. They NEVER phone you to say they are not coming, you sit at home in a 4 hour window day after day waiting. Then you phone them for the latest excuse.........

So very grateful to have worked with these folks!!! They were so easy to work with and had high integrity.

An honest plumber! Great experience, tried to fix an old water shut-off valve, but realized that pipe was damaged and needed to be replaced. Marlon showed up only 30min after I called and not only fixed that valve, but also another one and did a free inspection of all other related plumbing projects we did before. Overall an extremely pleasent experience, given the nightmare of a plumbing issue in your house. While hoping not to need his services anytime soon, I know exactly whom to call next time. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of all my contacts with this company. I called this company, based on a recommendation, when I had a large increase in my water bill. I had three contacts with the company, the first to inspect the inside and the outside for possible leak sources, the second to establish what work had to be done, and the third to do the actual repairs. After the work was done, thorough documentation was provided. Everyone was courteous, and knowledgable, answering questions and providing information. I was notified via email each time a technician was on his way, a courtesy not often provided by companies.

They fixed my tankless water heater, a Navien. We were having issues and didn't know the reason, they came out and figured out the installer put the burner in as if we had natural gas, when in fact we have propane. SPS found this, replaced the burner, and we no longer have issues. Thank you!

Freddy correctly diagnosed the problem and proposed resolution. Execution was excellent and the sewer is functioning properly after a long time. Cost was fair given the amount of work and problem solved. Sincerely recommend their services.

A pipe in our house burst on Christmas Eve day. Falcone had someone out to my house very quickly. They got the leak fixed and were very knowledgable about how to solve the problem!

They are very reputable, a couple summers ago our AC went out. We had a different company come out. They said we needed a new AC unit at a cost of ~$15K. We called Falcone for a competing quote. Falcone determined that we didn't need a new unit at all. They fixed the existing unit. We had working AC again and it was an easy fix!

We had a leaky pipe to our refrigerator line that caused major damage to our dining room floor. 5 Star Plumbing came and replaced the plastic tubing w/ copper piping. It was a complicated job since the previous contractor had used an unconventional way to install the water line to the ice maker. I'm very happy w/ the job that 5 Star Plumbing completed.
