We had another estimate and I called their office, talked to General Manager and they met the price of the other estimate we received, super easy guy to deal with. Roy and the crew came out next day and completed the work, great job.

Had to get a water softener tank and pressure regulator valve for the house water connection replaced. Called in bunch of service providers but Jonathan was the guy who gave me the honest inputs and from the beginning to end was great; professional but casual enough which is a great mix. Confident but practical and gave me honest inputs. TBH was totally surprised to see a young guy so skilled. RPS has my plumbing business going forward.

Allstar Plumbing just repaired our water heater. They responded very quickly to our repair request. When Jesse got here, he dug right into the repair. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he came fully prepared. There was no stopping work and running out to get parts.

This is the place to go. Anthony was terrific, very patiently and thoroughly explained what the situation was. In the end, I went another route simply
because of the costs involved.
It's hard to find good honest people and for that reason will no doubt
give these guys my business in the future.

We called Advanced Quality Plumbing for a sewer emergency that turned out to be massive. They were always timely and responsive and coordinated the city, permits and repair thoroughly. Can't comment on price because I didn't price compare, but the value you get from just knowing it's being done right should be taken into consideration!

We called SPS about our new water heater that was making loud clanging noises. The plumber was prompt, courteous, and took care of the issue to our satisfaction. This was a warranty repair.

We found out we had a leak under our landscaped lawn due to our very high water bill. The city said we were responsible for finding the fix. I called a plumber. They said we should call a leak detection service as they would have to damage our yard to find the leak. I called several places and no one could come for several days. I finally called Freedom (I had not called earlier as they were not in our town so wasn't sure they would travel to our location). Freddie said he would be out the next day. He arrived and told us what he would need to do to locate the leak and if we wanted his team to repair the leak they could. We agreed and he had a team out the next day. Once the leak was found, they replaced the PVC pipe with copper pipe. But the best thing of all..... You would have no idea we had work performed on our front lawn. They were very professional and did a great job of making sure our yard looked just as good when they left as when they arrived. I would highly recommend Freddie from Freedom Sewer.

I had a leak under the kitchen sink, and after having multiple companies out, he was the only one that I felt 100% comfortable with. Falcone Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning have been helping us maintain and improve our '50s-vintage home for more than ten years. UPDATE 11/3/2020: When my mother-in-law’s furnace wouldn’t start, we knew who to call. A Falcone technician named Mizael arrived at her home well within the two-hour window in which we were told to expect him, and he was polite and professional. I noted that he was wearing a disposable face covering correctly during the entire job. That’s worthy of mention for any customer in these times, but since he was coming into an older person’s home it was especially important.

Mizael quickly determined that the electric igniter in the furnace had burned out, and he showed me the failed part. He had to depart briefly to obtain an OEM replacement. With a new igniter, the furnace started and operated perfectly.

Before completing the job, Mizael used instruments to check for carbon monoxide (CO) and natural gas leaks around the furnace. He didn’t detect any CO, but he did detect a very small natural gas leak where the flexible supply line connects to the furnace. After he inspected and tightened that connection, the leak was eliminated. I appreciate his making those important safety checks and explaining them for our peace of mind.
