Our kitchen sink was having issues that wasn’t being resolved by our landlord. Within a short time, J&J plumbing took care of it without any issues!

The project was in 2015, but it was a BIG project to deal with water intrusion into our house. I can never thank O'Grady plumbing enough for all they did. Their work has held up and (please knock on wood) we haven't had a drop of water come into the house since. Work that has truly stood the test of time!

We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.

We needed a new home heater the day before Thanksgiving. Donald Reedy was terrific about installing it and getting us operational. Dennis Perez was equally good about diagnosing the problem and overseeing the work. He even came back after 5PM to make sure everything was done. These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again
