James & James Plumbing was responsive, kind, and professional! They helped me repair my shower incredibly fast and were quiet while I worked from home. Would definitely recommend!

Alberto unclogged my toilet. It took him all of less than 5 minutes. He was very nice, knowledgeable and cordial. He very much knew what he was doing. I thought the service was very expensive for such a short period of time spent, but that's not his fault. He was very good.

I got in contact with the guys at Flow Masters through their sister company in Marin called Local Plumbing. I needed some work on my rental unit in SF and they were fast, efficient and well priced for the work they completed. They did my annual back flow certifications on the sprinkler system as well as checked out a few minor leaks on the exposed pipe work in the garage. A solid company and would definitely use again.

Called about submetering for utilities. Yevgeny answered my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood my options in terms of legality and not only cost, as confusing as the whole thing was. I appreciate his honesty and wanting to protect me from liability. He looks out for the customer.

our water heater was leaking and i called ab plumbing to fix it, they told me they have a 2 hour window arrival but they arrived in 30 mins which is very amazing and they were so professional. The service was reliable and its been 2 weeks, i never have the same problem again, i recommend this company if you have any plumbing problems

My toilet was clogged completely, Ron fixed the problem in a minute. He also helped to fix my slow draining kitchen sink- this one bothered me for a long time, but he solved my problem in a very quick way. I appreciate it very much. I also want to mention that the quick response of their service. Ron arrived my house within 1 hour after I called him. I would highly recommend the service.

The Lutz plumbing team was a pleasure to work with both from a professional execution as well as a friendly attitude perspective. Kelly from the office did an excellent job of figuring out the right quote, handling payment via credit card when i was available and keeping me appraised of status throughout. Phil and the installation team were prompt on time and made it a point to make aesthetic adjustments and spend time explaining the products to us. We are now the owners of 3 excellent Japanese toilets beautifully installed. Thank you team

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.

Johnny and Joe have worked on my rentals over the years and are honest and very good at what they do. They always have my best interest at heart and I appreciate that. Great Customer Service .
