Bad service overall. Booked my appointment and then said they didnt schedule it. Once I rebooked they said they couldnt now couldnt scope a 2” line when before they said they could.

We called Isaac due to a tub/shower faucet that would not shut off! This is in a condo, on a late Friday night. After calling several plumbers who could not come, we arranged for Isaac to come first thing Sunday morning. We were impressed with him on the phone, and he really came through! He was a great communicator, came prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to cut open our tiled shower wall, cut out the old valves, and install a new control valve. He was diligent, careful, thorough, respectful, neat, and cleaned up everything when finished. I will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues. Very reliable and professional.

Extremely friendly folks - highly skilled labor. Pro tip: buy the hardware yourself to avoid a %500 markup and they’ll still come by and install at a reasonable labor rate. Don’t accept their hardware included cost, ask them what is needed and save yourself hundreds of dollars, they’ll come right back and do an expert job.

The people that came out were so exceptionally nice. They were courteous and I felt like I was getting fantastic service. Our building is 114 years old and I wasn’t surprised that we would have some problems. I felt that they were very trustworthy and that they went out of their way to do a good job.

Joel was aware it was a rental property and would have been great to have taken a photo to prove / show the install was done and up to code, super simple. Thank you for the quick response on install – that’s why I call on you guys but let’s proof the work next time with a final install photo ?

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

On Google they have 5 and thank goodness I went off the Google reviews (How do they only have 3.6 stars on yelp?! ). Couldn't be happier with my service technician, Rod. Major sink issues with the rain and not only did he fix it, he was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was super responsive and took the time to explain what he was doing, what the issue was, etc. I learned a lot about what's what in my house from him! He also was very conscientious to not track dirt in and clean up afterwards. I was not expecting such amazing service by just finding someone online quickly for an emergency. Will call Economy plumbing for all my needs!
