I reached out to Mr. Rooter Plumbing to install a small water heater under the sink of my artist studio. I was able to schedule a consult with a plumber the same day. Mr. Jim Murray was very patient and courteous with me even when I changed up the model type of water heater from four gallon to tankless. He was able to install the heater in about a hour. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for fast and professional service.

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

O'Grady is by far the best plumber we've worked with.

I had attempted to clean the mixing chamber of my shower on my own, but got in over my head and had to call in a professional to put it back together. David arrived punctually and on short notice. I was quoted $600 for a 45 min job, which seems high but I really just needed to have it done and didn't want to bring other plumbers in for quotes during a pandemic. When David was finished the faucet handle was put back in place and functional, but no longer produces hot water. It gets luke warm at best. I asked him about it and he mumbled something about how the water heater must be getting old because what he did should have no affect on the temperature. I find this suspicious because I've never had an issue with the water temperature here, and up until that morning the tub/shower could produce nearly scalding water at the top of the temperature range. Now it barely gets warm, and is producing water that is much cooler than all the other fixtures in the house. David was on time and polite but I feel I paid a lot of money (and perhaps was overcharged?) for diminished function and unsatisfactory results.

Mike was courteous and knowledgeable with diagnosing the problem with our fireplace in short time.

Kyle from Ace Plumbing was absolutely fantastic! We had a sewage line back up, and he helped us navigate the entire process. Kyle explained to me what he was doing for each step of the troubleshooting process, and showed me things that were important (like our pipe being full of roots). He also made sure to explain the options available to us, as well as their pros & cons. There is always some negativity that comes with having a plumbing problem, but his good nature and humor helped diffuse it, which was greatly appreciated. He went the extra mile to help us find the root cause of our issue instead of just trying quick fixes, and I would 100% call him again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Flow Master's Plumbing people are great! I made many calls & gathered a few estimates for our sink repair job. Other companies were confusing & inefficient with their

communications and some wanted close to $100 just to do an on site estimate. Connor gave us a verbal estimate that matched the other lower cost estimates! Nixon our plumbing tech offered to come early if that was better for us. He was patient and communicated well. He was respectful of our place wearing protective booties and put a pad down on our kitchen hardwood floor. Skip the rest and choose the best in the Bay Area. PS Bonus he was nice to our barking doggie as well.

Generous very fair Warranty

Working with R&L Plumbing was a horrible experience. I requested a flat fee for installing two toilets which was provided to me and agreed upon by both parties (in writing). I requested this fee to be flat to avoid any issues with billing down the road.

Halfway through the job, the company tried to charge me much more because it was taking his technician longer than he wanted it to. On top of only half finishing the job, they installed a scratched toilet seat (which they're making right, thank you!). To date, the company has refused to settle on a final number for payment despite me making concessions and coming up from the quoted number we agreed prior to the job starting. He's hung up on me and refused to take phone calls to discuss.

He didn't install the second toilet because I wasn't comfortable having them come back into my home after how they've treated me on the phone and via text message. He's threatening to take this to small claims court and put a lien on my house even though I'm trying to come to a payment number both parties can agree on. This company is not professional, I recommend staying away at all costs. He's unfortunately not an honest business person who sticks to written agreements.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

Holidays were coming up this past year, and we were expecting all kinds of friends and family from out of town to come visit and stay with us. Robert, my 5yr. old son proceeded to flush two whole rolls of toilet paper down the upstairs toilet (he unraveled it all...) to see i it would reach the downstairs toilet!!! OMG, not only was the upstairs overflowing by the time we found out, it was so plugged up we couldn't unclog it ourselves..... We called up Economy Plumbing for an emergency service to be done. Not only were they very understanding, they were in there within a half hour!!! It took the plumber only a few minutes to fix the problem, and it was working like brand new again!!! You guys were LIFESAVERS !!! Thank You...Thank You... Thank You Soooooo Much!!! We Are Recommending Your Services To EVERYONE We Know Now....
