O'Grady is by far the best plumber we've worked with.

They came out for a leaking sink and gave me an estimate that included a $350 emergency inspection of my hot water heater and $900 for the sink. I called another plumber, who fixed the sink for $300 and said the other issue was bogus. Then I called their office 3 times to get an explanation and refund for the $65 house call since it was bogus - their secretary promised a response within 48 hours each time, but no one actually bothered calling me back. This is basically fraud, given how egregiously overpriced and unresponsive the company is.

Not only was it fast and efficient, it did a clean job leaving no trace of dirt & grease. Jeremy put on his shoe covers on which is much appreciated by the resident and owner in maintaining a clean environment. Totally satisfied and will ask for Jeremy in the future.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again
