Ridiculously expensive. I have used other local plumbers for half the price based on the same service. I felt sorry for the guy coming out and went ahead. Totally regret over paying for such a basic service and will never do it again.

My business had a simple broken mixer, we reached out to Roto-Rooter on Monday and had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday 8am-12pm.

1. They no-call, no-showed first appointment
2. We called and they said they would be in that afternoon.
3. They then rescheduled to the following morning Wednesday 8am-12pm
4. They no-call, no-showed third appointment
5. I called and said Hi, if you're unable to make it I can totally find another plumber. they said No, someone will be in before 5pm today
6. They no-call, no-showed FOURTH APPOINTMENT
7. When we called them for a final time, they said they couldn't arrange anyone until SATURDAY... and that it was outside of their control.

So, essentially they strung us along with an unfixed issue for 4 days when we could have easily reached out to another provider. Then sent a text saying it was it couldn't be helped due to staffing issues beyond our control

RIDICULOUS, UNPROFESSIONAL, DON'T USE.

Carlos was an incredibly helpful and professional repairman. He showed up not only on-time, but early(!!), which is fairly uncommon with service repair appointments. He presented me with options for garbage disposal replacement sizes and was really helpful as I relayed information about parts, costs and warranties to my landlord. From start to finish, it was a very smooth, efficient and transparent service. Would definitely recommend Carlos at Discount Plumbing!
