We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.

Unfortunately, my technician received a baptism, he kept his cool, super professional, and nice guy. If I didn’t know any better, I would say he was an owner.

Installed a replacement wall mounted sink within the time and price quoted.

Later Date unclogged a drain within time and price quoted.
