This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

He changed a faucet and p-trap but not the leaking pipe. But he billed me for all three items.

Now that pipe that has a leak still needs to be replaced. I won’t be using them again.

From the day Juan came out to see what work needed to be done, we were able to get an appointment a few days later. Juan was here on time. Completed the tasks in a timely manner. Daniel showed up on time 9 a.m. Thursday, cleared out the tree roots that seem to be the cause of the clogged garage to street drain, and tested it afterward. The entire job was done in under an hour. Very professional. The job was done with 60 day service warranty (one service recall). My wife was very happy with the job performance.
The cost is high in my opinion at $365/hour. Daniel did tell my wife about the cost/hour upfront and the wife did agree to it. I am open to any correction on my perception on cost since I do not know current typical average rate. My prior data points were that these kind of jobs should be in the $100-150 range, and I am willing to pay up to $200.
