Best Sewer Pipe Replacement in San Francisco CA

Mario came out within 30 min from calling. I needed hydro jetting done and everything went great! Everyone I talked to was so nice.. customer service was excellent. They were cheaper than other quotes I had that were $1500-$1700, which was way too much for a mobile home. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will use them again in the future.. thank you soooo much Mario!!

I discovered Ace Plumbing -- and Mo, the plumber who has provided service on two calls -- last summer when my upstairs neighbor's washer leaked into my unit and I thought it was my washer. Mo diagnosed the problem, advised what to do about the floor damage, and returned when the flooring was pulled up to evaluate whether there was more damage. There was not. His honesty, kindness, punctuality are incredible -- this last visit he repaired one of my toilets and advised about a leaking faucet which I will call him back to fix. Cannot say enough good things about this neighborhood plumber.

We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.

Sam was excellent! Very friendly, timely, and he did a great job! When asked for additional details regarding our quote vs. the out the door costs, he was happy to explain without hesitation. Would definitely recommend!

We called Magic Plumbing in SF for an emergency shower spout repair (water wouldn't stop running when spout was turned off), and their services were fantastic. Their appointment scheduler was prompt and friendly, and our plumber (Adam Goldman) was super responsive and fixed the problem beautifully. Adam explained the various bids and next steps. He's clearly very experienced, as he was able to fix a finicky spout. So appreciated, we'll definitely call Magic Plumbing again!

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. Economy Plumbing is the Best!!

About 70% of the sewer pipes that run from the street into the homes in San Francisco are over 100 years old and are made of clay. Economy Plumbing has been in business in San Francisco for over 30 years, so they have replaced a ton of old sewer pipes in their time.

I hired Economy Plumbing because our neighbor's sewer pipe backed up and flooded part of their downstairs and subsequently, they hired the company to replace their 100+ year-old broken clay sewer pipe.

Daniel Griffin who is president of the company was extremely professional. He recommended that I have my sewer pipe scoped with a small camera to find out if it was modern or original (about $200). A few days later, they looked scoped the pipe and could see that the pipe was badly broken, so I hired Economy Plumbing on the spot to replace the my old sewer pipe asap.

A sewer line replacement, takes a few days to do. They send out a small team that includes a plumber/manager and guys to do the dirty work. They take out a section of the sidewalk, dig down to the old pipe, replace the old pipe with a new one and have a city inspector come out to sign off on the work. The total amount of time you are without the use of your toilet is only a few hours.

Plumbing issues are never any fun to deal with, but I am very glad I did this before and not after my home had flooded too. The team at Economy Plumbing are total pros!
