Mario came out within 30 min from calling. I needed hydro jetting done and everything went great! Everyone I talked to was so nice.. customer service was excellent. They were cheaper than other quotes I had that were $1500-$1700, which was way too much for a mobile home. I couldn’t be happier with their service and will use them again in the future.. thank you soooo much Mario!!

Josh walked us through each step of his diagnoses and thoughts about the problem. He was efficient, informative and easy to ask questions if we didn't understand. The services are pricey, though.

We called Isaac due to a tub/shower faucet that would not shut off! This is in a condo, on a late Friday night. After calling several plumbers who could not come, we arranged for Isaac to come first thing Sunday morning. We were impressed with him on the phone, and he really came through! He was a great communicator, came prepared with all of the necessary parts and tools to cut open our tiled shower wall, cut out the old valves, and install a new control valve. He was diligent, careful, thorough, respectful, neat, and cleaned up everything when finished. I will certainly call him again with any other plumbing issues. Very reliable and professional.

O'Grady is my go to company whenever I have a plumbing problem at my rental property in San Francisco. They are polite, professional, responsive and reliable. Never had a bad experience in more than 15 years. Highly recommend them!

Called to book an appt to look at my gas fireplace, and I asked if there was a call out fee. I was told there is no call out fee and I would be given an estimate for any works on site by the engineer, and nothing will be charged unless i decide to proceed with the works.
Sounded good to me.
When the engineer came he said he would not look at anything or turn on my fireplace, unless i agreed to pay the $188 diagnostic fee. This fee was to turn on the fireplace and watch the flame. No detailed diagnostic work was done.
Whilst there is no call out fee, be prepared to pay a diagnostic fee on arrival.
The engineer was fine, knowledgeable and friendly, but just feel their approach to fees are misleading for the customer. Just for others to take note.

William installed a faucet at one of our rental properties. He was prompt, professional and diligent. I believe Harvin did the booking and they were very accommodating with scheduling. We would work with Ace Plumbing and Rooter again.

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well

Robert arrived promptly and diagnosed my sewer problem quickly. Being a Saturday, I appreciated the great customer service and quick fix! I would definitely call Robert again and trust him with my needs.

Flow Master’s Plumbing people are great! I made many calls & gathered a few estimates for our sink repair job. Other companies were confusing & inefficient with their communications and some wanted close to $100 just to do an on site estimate. Connor gave us a verbal estimate that matched the other lower cost estimates! Nixon our plumbing tech offered to come early if that was better for us. He was patient and communicated well. He was respectful of our place wearing protective booties and put a pad down on our kitchen hardwood floor. Skip the rest and choose the best in the Bay Area. The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
