Ace was amazing! Not only is their pricing very fair (we really got gouged by another company to not even complete the work and gave us an estimate that would literally have been twice as much money.) The guys who came out were super professional, on time and courteous. Their office staff were awesome. They completed the job in one day and will only take full payment AFTER the city inspection of the work is signed off. I can't say enough good things. Thank you!!

They showed up quickly and offered to do the replacement right then. I had to leave, but we scheduled for the next day and they showed up on time and quickly replaced the water heater with updated equipment.

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

Genteel Plumbers is our go-to plumbing crew. Graham and his team are always prompt, professional, and polite. We had a garbage disposal that needed to be fixed/replaced. They came over, assessed the issue, and were able to estimate and replace it on the spot. (We also recently scheduled some routine maintenance with them and Marcus was super informative, proactive, and efficient in helping out with it.)

Everyone I worked with at AB Plumbing was great! They responded quickly to every call & email. When they showed, they were very professional and thorough. We had a major issue with a tree going through the plumbing and it was awful. AB plumbing with their efficiency and knowledge knew exactly what to do to make the process a little less painful.

We would for sure use them again!

I cannot say enough positive things about Lutz Plumbing! Long story short, my repair need was fairly urgent and I must have contacted 3-4 plumbers before I found Lutz. It was super depressing... All of them seemed totally unconcerned and said they'd fit me in when they could (Often 2-3 weeks later). I get that everyone is busy but it costs nothing to at least act like you care. Then I found Phil and Lutz Plumbing. He not only took the time to fully understand my issue but also offered his professional opinion around a potential diagnosis and possible solutions. He then reached back out to me later that day to say he would fit me in for an appointment just a few days later. Jacob, the plumber who showed up, was equally professional, knowledgeable, and demonstrated sincere concern. He fixed the problem quickly which was a huge relief. I just posted a photo of the new toilet Ace installed. Our house has had Ace out numerous times to resolve various issues relating to our building's age (1880's) and the shoddy DIY work of previous owners. These guys have always been nice. Upfront, accurate estimates before work begins. In this particular bathroom Ace advised us we could either keep fighting the issue or simply replace the toilet. They let me select, from the variety at the big box hardware store, for whichever toilet would meet my needs (and fit). Dude! I so wish we'd done this long ago. It looks so sweet and the flush so reliable without threatening to overflow.
