The project was in 2015, but it was a BIG project to deal with water intrusion into our house. I can never thank O'Grady plumbing enough for all they did. Their work has held up and (please knock on wood) we haven't had a drop of water come into the house since. Work that has truly stood the test of time!

We were having extreme problems with both toilets rendering them almost unusable. Kyle from ACE Plumbing & Rooter came within two hours of our call, expertly analyzed the situation and provided possible solutions. Within three hours he got us two superb new toilets, and then replaced and hauled away the old ones. He is an impressive professional with a very friendly demeanor which inspired a great deal of confidence in his analysis and recommendations.

We booked ahead of time, confirmed the morning of, arranged for someone to be there for a 3 hour window of time, and made sure hey had the right number to call when on the way.
Instead however, they did not call ahead. Plumber showed up 40 minutes early, no one was there as they were expecting them later, plumber did not wait for a return call but left and refused to return. Dispatch notified, said they'd call back but. never did. Subsequent calls just rang and rang never went anywhere (blocked my number?). Very unprofessional.

Had a huge project that was overwhelming. I had no idea where to start with a remodel that needed all new plumbing. As soon as I spoke to Genteel I felt at ease. Communication was amazing from getting a quote all the way through completion. I think this is huge and Genteel definitely spend the extra time answering all the questions I had. They also do a good job staying on schedule and setting realistic expectations. As a new homeowner they really put me at ease and I look forward to having sheetrock done and then equipment installation!!

I had a really troublesome toilet clog I just couldn't clear on my own. It was already late afternoon and worried I'd have to wait a day or so to get professional help unclogging. Chosen Rooter was able to dispatch someone to my home within 20 minutes of my calling them. Chris the technician was great! Was able to unclog without having to remove the whole bowl. He was very thorough, tested flushing multiple times, once again before he left to make sure it was really cleared. Great service experience all around. I strongly recommend Chosen Rooter.

I highly recommend Ros Plumbing. Niall and a member of his team, Fernando, came out to diagnose the cause of a leak, which left me without water for three days. They corrected the problem (replacing an aged pump) the next day. Additionally, they corrected an old issue which resulted in no heat, and installed a new thermostat and garbage disposal unit both of which were no longer functioning. All within five hours! Not only are they talented and efficient and reasonably priced but they are also personable -when everything is going wrong, a nice demeanor goes a long way! Thanks Niall and Fernando!

Had a terrible experience of being over priced and told I had to pay $225 for an unsuccessful attempt at dislodging an object from the toilet. It was a five minute task that did not work. I said I’d pay for a house visit, but no way was i paying $225 for a “try at it” that yielded no results. He huffed off and told me that no one acts that way. It all felt disingenuous to me.

Johnny and Joe have worked on my rentals over the years and are honest and very good at what they do. They always have my best interest at heart and I appreciate that. Great Customer Service .
