The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

He was on time, very friendly and allowed me to watch him repair the leak for my own experience. I appreciate being shown how to do handy work. I was given a good price for his expertise. I would recommend him in the future. The company was able to send someone out within a few hours and I was not charged extra for the speedy response time.

My tankless water heater was leaking from the pressure relief valve. The system is about 12 years old. I called Ace because of all the great Yelp reviews and made an appointment for the next day, but within 20 minutes he called back to say he had a cancellation and sent Russ over within the hour. After confirming the issue, Russ replaced the valve and my heats back in business. Amazing work! Thanks again. Joel

Flow Master’s Plumbing people are great! I made many calls & gathered a few estimates for our sink repair job. Other companies were confusing & inefficient with their communications and some wanted close to $100 just to do an on site estimate. Connor gave us a verbal estimate that matched the other lower cost estimates! Nixon our plumbing tech offered to come early if that was better for us. He was patient and communicated well. He was respectful of our place wearing protective booties and put a pad down on our kitchen hardwood floor. Skip the rest and choose the best in the Bay Area.
