Mario was absolutely great! He showed up within 30 mins of contacting the Works plumbing office, detected the issue with the hot water pipe leak within mins and fixed the issue in an hour. Yeah and these guys were very reasonably priced.. I now have the hot water back in the house and am estatic.. what more can one ask from a plumbing service :)

Sewage came up the shower drain and flooded half of the basement, causing permanent damage to the floor and walls. Mr Rooter was superbly communicative and punctual in fixing the plumbing issue, got the supervisor to come out for an inspection when we realized it was a much bigger job that required access to the neighboring unit, made practical recommendations about restoration work and dealing with the HOA and insurance and neighbors, connected me to everyone necessary, and basically served as a general contractor until the seamless handoff to the restoration team. All this and they even adjusted their final bill DOWN from the original work order and after all was said and done Stanton even cleaned out an unrelated sink that drained slowly for me as a freebie. Mr Rooter may not be the cheapest for a simple job but I’m not thinking twice if I ever need more plumbing help. I could not imagine being in better hands for this nightmare of a situation. THANK YOU Mr Rooter and especially Stanton for your no-bull expertise and making sure the job got done RIGHT.

Get the price quotes in writing BEFORE service is started. They replaced my garbage disposal and toilet fill valve. I asked for a quote and he said $200+ for parts. I asked for a TOTAL cost of parts and labor and he quoted me $500+. I said great, let’s do it. Total time took 45 minutes and he presented me with a bill for $757.50. You can see the attached invoice that he charged me $515.00 for the service. WHAT??? Literally less than an hour of “service” time and more than twice the cost of parts?? I’ve called twice to speak to someone but they don’t block time to return calls so the person on the phone doesn’t know when someone will get back to me.

I called Magic Plumbing for an emergency service as the main line in our garage was flooding. They were super quick, polite, and cleaned up the floor area where the flood was! I will definitely call them again for future plumbing services.

Steven is the absolute best. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also so kind, smart, and fun to talk to. He corrected all my problems and explained clearly what the issue was, how he fixed it, what to keep an eye out for. Hands down an excellent plumber. He also has incredible book recommendations, is awesome at deep philosophical convos, and has a collection of solid recipe recommendations.
