We have had an excellent experience with Flow Masters. Connor Grant managed the replacement of our leaking solar water heater about a year ago. When other parts, not installed by them, also went out, they quickly came out and diagnosed the problem (which was not due to their installation) and got it fixed. Connor and his assistant Alberto were professional, good communicators and all around great guys. I’m happy they were recommended by the manufacturer of our old leaking device.

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

Holidays were coming up this past year, and we were expecting all kinds of friends and family from out of town to come visit and stay with us. Robert, my 5yr. old son proceeded to flush two whole rolls of toilet paper down the upstairs toilet (he unraveled it all...) to see i it would reach the downstairs toilet!!! OMG, not only was the upstairs overflowing by the time we found out, it was so plugged up we couldn't unclog it ourselves..... We called up Economy Plumbing for an emergency service to be done. Not only were they very understanding, they were in there within a half hour!!! It took the plumber only a few minutes to fix the problem, and it was working like brand new again!!!
