Best Plumbing Drains in San Francisco CA

For a few months now I’ve been working with James & James under the guidance of Isaac Raffaelli, a seasoned plumber of over 20 years. In my short time here I’ve learned so much and my quality of life has improved exponentially. We work directly with our customers, coordinating with their busy schedules, understanding and meeting their needs, and maintaining best practices to ensure quality service.

William installed a faucet at one of our rental properties. He was prompt, professional and diligent. I believe Harvin did the booking and they were very accommodating with scheduling. We would work with Ace Plumbing and Rooter again.

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

Called in the am , problem was fixed before 4pm. Rafael is the one that came out to help with a main line clog and he was very nice and helpful would definitely call on Roto Rooter again If I come across any other plumbing problems. Took less than an hour to fix & Rafael made sure it was fixed ! Very reasonable pricing as well

Discount Plumbing did the lateral sewer line over a year ago and I was happy with their work so I called them again to assess a drain that was clogged. The technician highly recommended in changing the galvanized line with new AB pipes. What he showed me from the old pipes most definitely was the right recommendation for the new pipes. Thanks DP.

Not sure what the negative reviews here are about. It was totally different from my experience:

Called around to address a clogged sink drain. I’d done some legwork first (removed trap, ran manual snake through line) to make sure I really needed a pro before having to wade through all the suspect 5-star reviews to find someone capable and trustworthy. Other plumbers (including two I’d used before) either refused to provide any ballpark estimate, even if assuming a simple rooting with an electric snake was all that was needed, or provided crazy high estimates for simple rooting. Advanced didn’t play these pricing games, provided fair prices (keep in mind, it’s still SF), and provided an appointment for the next morning (1-hour time window, not 4!).

When Gabriel arrived, he was on time, very courteous, cleaned up the inevitable post-rooting mess, and super friendly to boot. Oh, and he fixed my problem quickly and efficiently! He noted things to do to avoid reclogging, pointed out a dent in the pipe that was a problem spot, quoted a very fair price for replacing the pipe, along with a couple other minor plumbing fixes I had him look at. Advanced will definitely be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

As usual, SMP was prompt, courteous, efficient, and expertly handled our water heater problem. I give SMP 5 stars.

my bathtub decided to clog what a tine!!! called the guys easy phone call appointment booked they came over last week in less than a hour job done they made it looks so easy and best part no messy no dirty these guys are professional and careful.

very friendly person and honest,have a 50 years old faucet few other plumbing company and rooter company couldn't fix it.But bn plumbing spend few hour and fix it for me.

unprofessional and irresponsible

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
