James and James installed an earthquake/seismic valve for my gas line on my home. From the minute I reached out them to discuss what I needed, they were very professional and it made very simple to give me a quote over the phone after I described what I needed. They were out a few days later and safely installed the valve. Very pleased with the service provided and quick turnaround to address my needs.

The O'Grady team was super helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. Office folks were on top of scheduling etc, and onsite crew turned up when they said they would and got the job done as promised. (And for the 2 nights when the pipes were uncovered, they left the earth in the tidiest pile of dirt I've ever seen.) We've used them for several smaller jobs before but the big one went super smoothly.

Not cheap, but did a good job and were prepared to correct any mistakes they made. Sean was good and appeared committed to doing a good job. Also responsive - they got someone out quickly and within the window they booked with me.

This company is simply the best. George and his crew are honest, reliable and do great work. They even helped us with additional work that wasn't even required of them, they're just great people all around. Highly recommend them.

I've worked with Sean and Ace Plumbing twice and both times have been solid. We had a minor emergency the second time on a holiday and Sean and his team were on top of it. They got our old water heater out and a new water heater in, along with addressing old rusted pipes and leaking, within 48 hours of contacting them. Amazing. I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!
