This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

I have known Isaac, the owner, for nearly 20 years. It’s always been a professional relationship, and I’ve been able to rely on him as overflow for my own business. As a fellow business owner, it’s hard to find others in the industry, willing to help you succeed. Especially when they are direct competition. I have found that I can rely on him as a solid referral when we are too busy at Larratt Bros Plumbing to handle incoming calls. That speaks to his integrity, and is reflected in the quality of work that he provides. You’re not going find a more calm and levelheaded business owner as Isaac. For the past 7+ years we were having problems with our downstairs toilets causing major clogs and periodic flooding in our basement. It has truly been a nightmare to deal with. After 8+ plumbers giving random ideas that never worked I was referred to o’Grady who solved an extremely complex problem. I was on the verge of breaking ground and redoing piping until Mateo and Brendan from O’Grady came to the rescue. They ran the camera for hours and they were able to locate a piece of metal in the pipe that was causing the severe clogging. Mateo attached a magnet to his camera and was able to snake back out the large piece of metal that was stuck 20 feet into the pipe. Truly impressive work of plumbing and innovative thinking that saved me time and money. I can not thank Mateo, Brendan, and O’Grady enough for all the help!!!!!

Do better 24/7 Rooter & Plumbing and don't gouge your customers. $325 to replace a fill valve that was one hour of work is just crazy. And so is the $85 you charge if you come to a residence but the customer decides to not move forward on a job for which you get no estimate up front. No wonder folks are fleeing SF for more affordable places (i.e. $325 is somebody's 16 hours+ of minimum wage!).

Great service. Knowledgable and professional team that stand behind their work. Friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a dishwasher that was releasing a lot of water from the air gap every time we ran it. Flow Masters came and assessed the situation and did an initial fix that partially solved the problem but did not fix it entirely. I reached back out to them and they promptly found a time to come back to reassess and made another fix (at no additional charge) that fully solved the problem. I had a great experience and will definitely be calling Flow Masters again for future plumbing needs.

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!
