Mario and Lazaro replaced the water heater and fixed clogged drain in bathroom drains. I think their price may be a little higher, but they do provide high quality work and transparency. They spelled out the options and pros and cons of each. And then did the work well. They were courteous and no surprises. Also, to find the clogged drain, they had to do the snaking a few times and found the blocked pipe. They worked hard to find it and replace it. Thanks.

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

This was terrible experience. Will not use again. I do not recommend. The technician came timely which is why the one star.

But he went to wrong house; then he gave me a random estimate to unclog drain with 1 second visual look at an empty tub with no explanation of what he was doing; then he came out to collect the fee saying there was no hair balls but the tenant had given him a diverter to replace (saying it had been broken before) and he replaced it which make the tub drain normal.

When I went into the bathroom to inspect, the pipe was full open and exposed with the new unfitting diverter too long for the fixtures. All he repeatedly said was that's not my fault; the diverter thing is not my job that he is a drain guy. I will now have to call a real plumber to fix this.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean.
