George was knowledgable and very patient. He took the time to explain the work to be done. His team worked efficiently and were neat and clean. It was reassuring to receive appointment confirmation texts and a photo of the plumber. I felt safe knowing who was coming to the house.

Called a plumber out to help me figure out where the leak was. Turns out two of the toilets were running when I was out of town. The techs solution was to replace the parts 2k or replace the toilets 4K and was pushing me to replace the toilets because who knows other parts might fail and I’ll have to replace the toilet in a month anyways. The 4 k price includes 2 toilets plus install and takeaway. I asked them how many hours this would take and what’s their hourly charge and material costs. And his response was we charge by job. I told them to email me the estimate which they never did. And when he left I went on Home Depot’s website and they charge 20 dollars for the parts to replace, 100-300 dollars for the toilet and Home Depot will install each toilet for 315 each. So even if I did go the route of two new toilets plus install and take away that’s still $1200. 4K for that same job is highway robbery. And I get it plumbers will often charge 4x more for an emergency call but this wasn’t an emergency call issue since I already had called the water department to turn off the water and had the water turned off at the main. And when I found out it was those two toilets I had turned off the water to those bathrooms. So there was no emergency and they weren’t offering to do it same day to fix my problem.

These people are either crooks or the tech gets paid hourly and was just killing time giving me an outrageous number while sitting in his van pretending to write up an estimate he never sent me. Because he had me wait a good 20 minuets before his estimate was “ready” to talk about.

This is my first time ever leaving a review. I am so thankful for One Sources help at 4:30 am I had to share it. I woke to water coming from the kitchen upstairs through the lights in my downstairs bathroom. A pipe malfunctioned on the dishwasher and was flowing onto the kitchen floor and then flooding the kitchen. I frantically called 4 plumbers who said 24hr service but it turns out they just have an answering service and I was told someone would get back to me. No one did. The 5th company was One Source and he talked me through how to shut off the water which turns out to be pretty easy if you know where to look. I wasn't charged anything and it was just a very nice decent thing to do for someone at that ungodly hour in the morning. Thank you, Thank you!!

Quality work and very good at communicating the cost. I liked the fact that the tech explained the charges, detailed what was gonna be done and explained why it needed to be done.

Plumber came on time and quoted the job. They saw the urgency of the project and were able to complete it the same afternoon. I requested an adjustment to the layout of the installed pipe a few days later and the plumber came back in a timely manner to make the change. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly customer service. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great. I called them out initially do to a test only for the Oakland sewer lateral compliance program. My line failed miserably and I ended up hiring them to replace my sewer line instead. They only charged me for the replacement! They were quick efficient and clean. I would do business with them again

AB Plumbing is our go to plumbing company because they tend to be able to schedule with a minimum of waiting. The quality of their work is good and they tend to respond to emergency situations with speed. They also strike me as being competitively priced.

If I could give a zero I would. This place is nothing but a ripoff. We had to use them since this is the only place our home warranty allowed. Since March we had been dealing with the screen not working on our water heater. After around 12 visits, over $7,000 in costs for a new water heater and prior visits, they now left us with a water heater that is tripping the outlet GFCI about every 4 hours! When I called for their assistance to help, they wipes there hands clean and said I can either call an electrician or another plumber, but they are done with services for me. So 9 months later we are in worse shape than when we started. They don’t back their work, go somewhere else!

I felt a little overcharged, but they did fix the issue and landlord reimbursed me.

Of the plumbers we got quotes from, the were not only reasonably priced, but prompt, responsive, and clear in explaining the rationale between the work they do and don't recommend. Several other plumbers recommended more drastic work, but they respectfully disagreed and told us why. I respect that honesty and professionalism and would recommend them.
