Mario and Lazaro replaced the water heater and fixed clogged drain in bathroom drains. I think their price may be a little higher, but they do provide high quality work and transparency. They spelled out the options and pros and cons of each. And then did the work well. They were courteous and no surprises. Also, to find the clogged drain, they had to do the snaking a few times and found the blocked pipe. They worked hard to find it and replace it. Thanks.

He thoroughly inspected the problem, returned the next day with replacement parts, as promised and completed the work within the time estimate. Joel was aware it was a rental property and would have been great to have taken a photo to prove / show the install was done and up to code, super simple.
