We had a terrible kitchen sink plumbing disaster over the holiday weekend. We were thrilled that a plumber was available on short notice, on a holiday! The plumber who came was knowledgeable and fixed our problem. The communication and scheduling at Ace was excellent. We would recommend this local business without reservation!

I had a problem with my kitchen faucet , called discount plumbing. With in 2 hours they send a plumber, he gave a affordable price to replace my kitchen faucet. Thank you Angel for your great work, I will definitely use them again.

Gabriel was very friendly, responsive, on time, and professional. He was able to fix the issue and gave great tips how to deal with clogged drains in the future.

I can't say enough about what a great job Angelo and his crew from Discount Plumbing did with our rental home in Oakland. Angelo called me right away to set up a next day estimate. He and his crew were on time and very thorough. originally, it look like it was going to a straight forward trenchless project and Angelos's quote came in well below several other bids.

Angelo and the crew got to work on time the next day and we were lucky enough to get the once in a blue moon plumbing disaster. A city tree had a root that grew into the line and ran over 52 feet to the house from street. Angelo called me right away and kept myself and my up-to-date with multiple messages as our simple trenchless project turned into a massive multiple trench sewer excavation. After seeing the extensive work that had to be performed it was an incredible relief when Angelo gave us the additional expense from the original quote which was incredibly reasonable. At this point we were at his mercy and I felt that he made sure that he didn't take advantage of the situation. In this day I think this type of honesty is hard to come by and it almost brought me to tears.

Angelo and his crew worked long hours for two days on our little sewer project and they we so professional. The kept the area as clean as possible and communicated clearly with my neighbors, my renter and myself. Angelo was so extremely helpful and positive even as the project got bigger and bigger.

We found Discount Plumbing through all of the fantastic BBB and we could be more pleased than with the support, They earned my highest recommendation and I mean earned it!

Graham and Jeremy came through and helped us find a good price and a solution to our issues. I did a bit of haggling, only because they wanted to do a better job than I could afford(or needed). Im sure Graham had to bite his tongue a couple times, but he stayed with me and was determined to help. While I tend to be suspicious of every contractor in the Bay area(mostly due to the inflated costs of most contractor work) I found Graham to be diligent, and very honest. At the end of the day, I learned a little bit about plumbing, saved a little money, and can easily recommend him and his team.

UPDATE
Had genteel plumbers come out to change my water heater today. Solid professional guys, great work. With good options. If you get your water heater installed they will come out and drain it for the next 5 years once a year. Pretty good deal.

Basilio (ab plumbing) showed up ON TIME! Pow the kitchen sink was fixed in 30 minutes. He even offered an easy solution (filling up the kitchen sink once a month with really hot water and then running the garbage disposal). Hopefully, this will prevent further problems! :) Thanks Basilio!

Five stars! Michael was at my door in less than an hour. He fixed my clogged sink drain to problem, and replaced a broken pipe part I had for free and reassembled everything at no additional cost. Quick and easy!

Nobody likes to deal with plumbing problems. And this time around wasn't any different. I received a super high water bill and was told by the water company that I may have a leak somewhere?! I called a few plumbers who came out, but did not find anything wrong. A friend of mine told me to try AB Plumbing. From the immediate help I got on the phone to the time two techs arrived at my residence, I could not have been more pleased. I could tell I was dealing with an experienced company. The techs that came to my house found an underground pipe breakage that was causing a huge leak/water waste. This ended up being a big project and I am so happy I had AB Plumbing in charge of it.
In the future, I am certainly using them again.

The man was soo rude and unprofessional. I wanted to pay with credit card and he told me that his company does not accept credit cards cuz it cost him 10% and that they are fraudulent. He wanted me to only pay cash or by check. I am currently working with BBB so they can assist in getting him paid (my bill was $130.00).
He said he was going to band me from my insurance company. The moment he walked into my house he was very negative told me how horrible my pipes were and that whoever remodeled my house did not know what he was doing. He went on and on how bad my pipes were. (that's why he was at my house HELLO).
I was actually scared on how he came at me (hubby was not home)when i told him that I did not want to pay him with a check I felt scared. It's too late for me but I am going to see that he does not ever treat another customer like he did me.
DO NOT USE this company.

Tyler Hoff is one of the best hard working individuals I've met in the plumbing game. He gon make it out the project fo sho.
