A good plumber is hard to find; a great plumber is a gift! I called these guys based on their reviews, and our leaking water heater. The gentleman said I will call you back in 10 minutes (at 7:30 am). He did and was able to redirect and get his team there 8-9am! Water heater was 10+ years old so they replaced it and it was both appropriately priced and efficient! The team was competent. They had to move our W/D to get access so a tricky job but they recommended the best WH and we were thrilled with how easily we were able to reach them, how quickly they came out and fixed the problem that day, and the very fair pricing! Excellent!

I was very happy when I called Bill Howe plumbing and was able to get an appointment on the same day within a couple of hours, because we all know that a day or two without your sink or shower is a real inconvenience. I was even more pleased with the plumber that arrived. Asher called me 30 minutes before arriving and was very professional and very good at his job. Asher quickly fixed the problem and was also respectful of my home, he even sprayed down the shower after the clog was cleared. He said“ I wanted to clean it up so you wouldn’t have to”If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely use Bill Howe plumbing and I will request Asher again. Thanks!

This was the final phase of a major sewer line repair/repipe.I would like to commend Plumbing Trees customer service. Everyone I delt with was courteous, and helpful. This phase was handled by Mickey R. I can't say enough about this young man's work ethic. He worked in near 100 degree heat, by himself, a tough job, and never complained. Nathan and Tony came out to my property to help diagnose a water leak out of the area drain. They were extremely professional, courteous and on time. I got a text they were on their way and arrived at exactly 10am on a Saturday. My window was 10-12 pm.I explained to them the leak had gone on for 3 weeks and they mentioned it could be due to a possible neighbor leak since the underground pipe may be a french drain configuration (holes to absorb water from the surrounding area). Turns out it was a neighbor leak the entire time!After confirming the water meter on my property was not moving at all, Tony had looked at neighbor's water meter and noticed it was slightly moving. They both went into the neighbor's backyard with permission and found a water hose that was trickling water. After that was turned off, the meter stopped moving. Amazing work!! This leak had been driving me crazy for the past 3 weeks making me worried there could be possible damage or that it was a leak from the city water line. Thankfully this was fixed literally within minutes. Thank you guys so much!

These guys are great .Had a large back up in my kitchen sink with standing water. They had to snake up to 40 feet of pipe to clear it but were able to. I would definitely use them again. Pricing is great as well. Very satisfied.

We hired Carini to install a multi zone ductless AC system at our house. Carlos and the HVAC team were very professional throughout the entire process. I was especially impressed by the level of detail Carlos put into the design and his thorough explanations. I have worked with Jared on a few projects now. He has been very easy to work with, very responsive when trying to communicate, and he is always on time and gets the job done in the time frame he tells you. He replaced a electric tank water heater at a rental property and replaced our gas tank water heater with a tankless gas. So, he has shown that his versatility and that he can handle any job. Andy is a fantastic plumber. My sink was clogged and the disposal wasn't working. Andy came out and fixed it for a fair price, in a timeley manner. I was very impressed with the honest work, and professional attitude. Andy is definitely San Diego's best plumber.

I was assigned these guys at the behest of my home warranty company for a clogged drain in a guest bathroom. The plumber showed up for 5 minutes. He didn't even open his tool box. He immediately said he couldn't do it. He had me sign something on his iPhone (for a report), said he contact me later and left. That was the last I heard from these guys. I followed up the next day (Friday) and was told I'd hear from them first thing Monday. Wrong again. The only thing they are express at is collecting a service fee for services never rendered. These guys are lazy quitters. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...
