I am a returning customer. This time I had a constantly running toilet. There was an issue with the flush system, but PIC plumbing was extremely professional and quick to quickly resolve it and most importantly did not charge me a dime. That shows they are not here ONLY for the money. They believe is retaining customers for a lifetime.

We had been working on a clog for 2 days and finally gave up. Because we have never had a problem at home, we didn't know who to call so we took a shot on the only name we've ever heard...Bill Howe. We use this company when we run into problems at the business I work for, and they have always had great results. The service tech arrived shortly after our call, went right to work, unclogged our drain, and was totally professional and courteous. He also left a bill much less than we expected! Anthony did an excellent job locating the slab leak quickly. He handled the entire situation efficiently. He discovered the best way to avoid damage and kept the whole area clean. Slab detection staff from EZ is exceptionally courteous and helpful; they even gave tips on how to spot initial signs of a slab leak and how to prevent such issues in future.

My technician, Ron Riggs, was extremely professional in his technical capabilities, quality of work, and general demeanor. I've been concerned the entire pandemic about having a contractor in the home to do work but I knew this was a job I couldn't handle myself. He wore booties to keep my floors clean and was fully masked the entire time. The job went over the initial estimate of 2 hours; but I could tell he was doing everything he could to complete it soonest while ensuring all the work was done correctly. Bottom line, Bill Howe is not the cheapest contractor in town, but I rate it as the best value. Get it done right the first time, works good, lasts a long time. A+++. I will definitely be using them again and I will ask for Mr.Riggs specifically.
