I have an old gas floor heater that wasn't working anymore. I had almost given up on getting it serviced as no one wanted to work on it. I came across Powers Plumbing's website where they talked about working these older heaters. Most HVAC companies want nothing to do with vintage heaters and want to sell you an expensive whole house HVAC system. Living in an old Craftsman style house--that old heater is part of the charm and its quiet warmth adds to the nice wintertime environment. In short the crew came out and fixed it without problems saving me having to do a whole house heating upgrade. They were friendly and experienced. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

I had Robert as the plumber who came out and he did an amazing job. He was professional, honest, and did an excellent job. The day before I called a different company and they tried to charge $1200-$1600 for a job that ended up being $350 from this company. I would definitely recommend him and this company to family and friends because of Robert's quality service.

Fast and efficient! The whole experience was quick and painless. The technician arrived promptly (within an hour of my calling!), called to announce himself, and got to work. He was polite and quickly resolved the issues. He also gave us recommendations to prevent future messes. Local family business at its finest! Eric and Tony were fantastic. Friendly, communicated well and HONEST. There ended up being nothing wrong with my toilet and sink (Airbnb guests had complained) except for user error - trying to flush too much toilet paper and not removing the small drain in the sink. They checked, joked about it with me and made sure everything was functioning correctly prior to leaving. When I do have an actual problem, I’ll be calling them again!

Brian, the plumber, was very attentive to our needs and understood the urgency of not having gas to run our appliances (cold baths suck). Cass plumbing has been great to work with. They have been able to service our plumbing needs for our apartment complex and our home. Reasonable prices, on time and quick. Other companies had quoted over $500 to replace a drain line. Cass got in and out parts labor for $285. A long standing San Diego company. Great Service.
